Worst hospital with zero customer service and worst treatment. Never take your loved ones to this hospital. They are so unprofessional just want to cheat people to earn money. Hindi meh bolu toh sabse bakwas hospital hai aur doctor sirf pese chaap ra hai pind de loka nu thag ke.....mere baske ho toh m case kru doctor pe jiska license cancel hona chaiye. Please make sure to get your loved ones treated in the best hospitals.

Worst experience doctor doesn't recognise the problem of my sister don't visit guys

I would have given 0 rating if there was any to this hospital. This is one of those hospitals which cheat customers just out of making money. I wanted to show my report to the doctor for consultation. I told the same to the receptionist. The receptionist did not tell anything and asked me to pay which I did. After that, when I was about to enter the doctor's room, a nurse whispered in my ear saying that the doctor doesn't see outside report. I was very surprised thinking this could have been told to me earlier itself. I told my condition to the doctor. He jokingly responded that most of the Indians have the same condition. He did not prescribe anything. Instead asked me to get more checks done from this hospital. I asked for which tests. He declined to reveal those tests. By that time, I realized something's fishy. I refused and said that I would come later. They insisted me to get the tests done even I refused. I had to rush myself out of there. I asked them to at least tell me what tests are you going to do. They refuse to reveal and kept on saying that we cannot disclose it. Please stay away from such cheat hospitals.

I have not seen ever in my life this type of rude staff and they are thief they are stealing our money i went there for emergency and they took 300 for only CBC and is ask from laboratory girl can i have my report on WhatsApp she replied very rudely ZERO rating from my side dr agarwal is best either all girl staff is stupid

One cannot think of a better hospital . Dr Rajiv is the best doctor I have ever come across in my life ....

Very bad experience. They care about the money. Never care about their patients. Hope they can feel the value of their profession.
