Our experience at Room no 527 has been remarkable, and we want to specifically acknowledge several staff members who made a significant difference during our stay. We are particularly grateful to Dr. NK Chaudhary (Deputy Director- General Surgery) and Dr. Kanav Kaushal (Sr. Consultant- Gastroenterologist) for their exceptional medical expertise and thorough approach to treatment. Their welcoming nature of addressing patient and their attendant queries, comprehensive explanations of medical conditions, and regular updates about treatment progress provided great reassurance throughout the journey. Dr. Richa's care and availability whenever needed was truly commendable. Dietician Arushi Ma'am's nutritional guidance and taking our diet request sometimes and aligning with the treatment requirement was valuable to the recovery process. Also, special appreciation to the dedicated nursing staff on the 5th floor private wing - Aman Ma'am(Floor supervisor), Rupinder Ma'am, Nurse Reshma Ma'am, and Raman Ma'am and other nursing staff, who provided outstanding care with their ever-present smiles and compassionate approach. The room cleaning staff- Pooja ji n others also deserves recognition for maintaining excellent hygiene standards.; And what stands out most is how the entire staff transforms a potentially stressful hospital stay into a comforting experience. Their ability to treat both patients and address the queries of attendants with warmth and understanding is remarkable. With that, we commend the hospital management for fostering such a positive environment and maintaining high standards of patient care. This institution truly exemplifies healthcare at its best, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking medical attention. Thank you once again to everyone who contributed to our treatment. Great work by the hospital team. I came to ER and Dr. Ravninder Kuka was prompt, warm and caring. His nursing and doctors team at ER and Cardiology were so quick and gave utmost care.

Poor sitting area for Visa medical waiting area. AC's are not working, only 4 ceiling fans are available for almost 100 seats. Time for visa medical for one person is almost 3-4 hours, you can't even sit properly on seats. Request you all to please choose any other location for Visa medical purposes.

Excellent Experience at SPS Hospital I recently underwent gallbladder stone surgery at SPS Hospital and had an outstanding experience. Dr. Navneet Choudhary is an exceptional doctor--skilled, compassionate, and highly professional. His team members, Dr. Navdeep and Dr. Nirmik, were also extremely supportive and knowledgeable throughout my treatment. A special thanks to the nursing staff, especially Aman,Hashaim and Harpreet on the 5th floor, for their excellent care and cooperation. All the hospital staff were very helpful and courteous. The hospital building and rooms were neat and clean, creating a very comfortable environment for recovery. I'm feeling much better after the surgery, and I'm truly grateful to the entire team at SPS Hospital. Thank you, Team SPS

I came from Canada after 15+ years to receive a endoscopy from SPS, not knowing what was wrong with me and why my weight was gradually decreasing. The Canadian doctors had stopped me from intaking dairy and my stomach pains had only gotten worse day by day. I got referred by my elder sister to come and visit once and let the doctors speak for themselves, she also advised me to take a look at the reviews and let them speak for themselves. I want to say within 3 days I found out I had a stomach infection and no dairy allergies (like the Canadian doctors had told me that I was Lactose Intolerant from the past 3 years). Dr. Kanav Khushaal was my attending doctor who looked and took great care of me. Providing me with the best treatment possible, providing me with the best care and support. I want to sincerely thank all the Nurses, Security members, and the special canteen team and other members who looked after me during my visits to SPS. They are very positive with a smile on their faces and ready to take care of all your medical needs. Just a small complaint was to the Emergency Department when one night I had pains I was brought there by my family and the nurses there on night duty were complaining about writing a report (THATS YOUR JOB YOU GET PAID TO DO YOUR JOB, PLEASE DON'T BE PUTTING YOUR PROBLEMS ON PATIENTS. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WRITE A REPORT THEN QUIT SPS IS NOT FOR YOU). But to the Doctor's, and Nurse's who looked after me and all Security Team Members, and all the other SPS Team Members once again, thank you hospital team members. SPS was very clean very orderly organized, every hour I had nurses and team members asking me about their services and how they could improve, the cleanliness was very clean and very professional with a day cleaning crew who worked immersively hard to provide the best care possible. I truly appreciate their hard work and commitment to helping me alongside thousands of other patients. Other than the one complaint I would 100% recommend SPS, even with having that experience they were quick to act upon that given issue and fix what needed to be fixed. They take their services very seriously and they have the knowledge you maybe looking for to seek professional medical care. Thank you SPS Hospital for taking care of me during my visit.

Very Cooperative response from Dr. Nidhi Thakur & other duty doctors , Gyane staff namely Gagandeep & Skeena mam of morning shift is very good , Gds staff Rashpal mam is also very good . My suggestion specifically for Gyne patients dietician that when patient admitted he / she must asked for timing of eatable routine & items which will be provided .All NICU staff including doctors,incharge,gda staff are very Cooperative and caring. I came to SPS Hospital with severe abdominal pain and was treated in the emergency room. The staff was excellent, especially Miss Apurva, who was incredibly kind and caring. She not only made sure I received proper treatment but also arranged food for me, which meant a lot. Thank you for the great care!
