DMC is the best ever hospital in Punjab . The team of CVTS experts is unmatched. The staff and care by them can't be explained with words .... Cleanliness, care and behaviour of nursing staff deserves praise... All the staff is very helpful, provides proper guidance and the treatment at best affordable price... Strongly recommended hospital specially for critical cases....

Excellent institute with expertise of great doctors. Dr GS Wander took great care of my father. Counselling session by him gave us reason to believe in Hero DMC. ICCUs have 24 hours doctors and nurses to take care of your patient when you not around. Even quality of services given in single private room was better than many hospitals in town. I recommend Hero DMC heart institute for cardiac related problems from your beloved family members

Excellent experience at Hero heart DMC hospital . My father got bypass surgery by Dr Sarju . He did his job best and nursing staff is also great specially Sister Jaspreet Kaur and sister Gurleen Kaur in D ward are very polite and expert their field. Just one thing to mention for the management that filtered water not available at the hospital , at least management can arrange filtered water with disposal glasses for the people coming with the patient .

We had Bypass Surgery here. The handling of patients, cleaning is superb and staff is cooperative and helpful. Some staff needs training for stress and multitask handling due to workload. It is best hospital in Punjab.

The staff was courteous, and the doctor took the time to clearly explain the patient's condition and the complications involved. Although there was some delay in the process, the overall experience was satisfactory. The doctor was knowledgeable and showed genuine concern, which was truly appreciated.

My mom came for her second instance for angioplasty, and got those addressed. Obviously the doctors including Dr. Naved, Dr. Vivek and others are one of the best in care and advice. I also want to give a big shout to the nursing staff in ICCU/CCU. Very supportive, helpful, and always happy to help. Hope they keep up the great work. Overall experience was excellent!

The staff is honestly shocking. Coming from Australia's hospital environment which is respecting, professional and comforting this hospitals staff is horrible. The team that gives you cards for visiting doctors think they're higher then the doctors themself. The way they talk is disgusting. They will treat customers like they don't care about them. They wave off people who have been waiting for ages in line and serve those who shove their way in. The way they talk if you complain about the service is mind blowing. The OPD staff and specially the people managing Dr. Sarju's OPD are super rude. They say to go away and wait for hours without asking a question on what's going on. Honestly I don't know if they even receive training on customer service or not. Horrible customer service team.

One suggestion- kindly make an app through which we can track the record of the patient from our home. This can help reduce rushing in hospital area... beneficiary for the effective treatment of our loved ones!
