Careless staff handling during pre-op ruined my experience I visited this hospital for a DJ stent removal procedure and paid 11,000 for the operation, plus extra for medicines. While the main procedure itself was fine, I'm very disappointed with the way the pre-operative injection was handled. Before the operation, I was given an antibiotic injection by one of the assistant staff. Due to what I believe was careless handling, I ended up with a large, painful bruise on my arm (photo attached). The injection was poorly administered -- either rushed or without proper technique -- and this kind of bruising should not happen in a professional medical setup. The doctor seemed experienced, but the supporting staff seriously lacks proper training or sensitivity toward patient comfort and safety. After spending a considerable amount, I expected better standards of care. I'm posting this to share my personal experience so others are aware, and I hope the hospital takes this as constructive feedback to improve staff training and patient care protocols.
