Dr. Sacred Heart Hospital

I lost my father in this hospital, and I truly believe the carelessness and lack of proper treatment played a major role. The doctors seemed completely disconnected and insensitive. They didn't take time to explain anything clearly to us, and their attitude was cold and rude. We were left confused, helpless, and ignored during such a critical time. The nursing staff was untrained, unprofessional, and often outright rude. My father was not treated with dignity, and as family, we were not treated with any respect either. This was the worst experience, and no one deserves to go through this, especially during such a fragile moment. We trusted this hospital and lost everything. Please think twice before bringing your loved ones here.

40+ years old hospital. NABH accredited. 190+ beds for patients. In last 2 years hospital buildings areas are heavily renovated and given modern look. Attached photo is hospital's reception area which looks more like a 5 star hotel.

Very disappointed with this hospital. It seems more focused on making money than helping patients. They suggest too many tests and treatments that don't seem needed, just to charge more. The bills are too high and nothing is clearly explained. Patients need care, not to be taken advantage of. Stay away if you want honest treatment. Horrible experience

I wish there is more less star than 1. I went there to see doctor Ashwani Guleria who was recommended by very renowned doctor. I went there twice wvery time they charge money for visit and once you submit your token no. After while they told us doctor went on round and will be back after 2 hours. They said they had emergency buy I went to see thyroid and Diabetes doctor! Do they have emergency situations? I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The staff displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy throughout my visit. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was kept waiting for an unreasonably long time with no clear updates or communication. Patients deserve timely care and respectful treatment, but that was clearly lacking here. I hope the management takes serious steps to improve their service and train their staff in patient handling and professionalism.I went to management and they were so rude.

Shocking and Horrible Experience - More Business Than Hospital This place is all about money, not care. Doctors push ICU admissions even when not needed and recommend unnecessary tests just to increase bills. They don't allow families to meet patients, which raises serious questions. Absolutely no transparency or ethics--just a cold, money-making system. Avoid at all costs if you care about real treatment.

Hospital parking experience is very bad First off all there is fees printed on parking slip 2nd they said it's vallet parking But after you paid fees then they said you have to collect your car. By yourself and it's 1 km from hospital And they used your car AC for relax because when I start my car AC fan is oN FULL SPEED usually my ac fan speed is 2 no Beware when you park your car

Nice hospital,staff and nurses and doctors are very cooperative and hygiene and cleanliness of the hospital high level
