My name is Harman, and I flew from Australia in 2024 to see Dr. Harpreet after an ankle fracture. Based on good reviews and recommendations, I trusted him. Unfortunately, this was a huge mistake. Dr. Harpreet told me surgery wasn't needed, removed the proper cast put on by Australian doctors, and replaced it with a very basic one. He told me to remove it in 19 days and said I could return to full-time work straight away. His advice was careless and completely wrong. Back in Australia, I was told I did need surgery -- including screws -- and because of the delay, I've now developed arthritis in my ankle. My condition has worsened, and I may need ankle fusion or replacement in the future. This negligence has ruined my health and career. I haven't been able to work in over a year. I now suffer from anxiety and stress, and my family is struggling because of this. Dr. Harpreet treated my case casually and without proper care. I would never recommend him. Please be cautious -- my experience has been life-changing in the worst way.

Hello everyone, This is karan attri. Just 3 days ago i had my pcl and lcl repair done at orthonova hospital jalandhar.my personal experience is I HAVE NEVER SEEN A DOCTOR LIKE DR. HARPRIT SINGH. He is kind,he is best in what he do.i have seen many doctors but no one like him.if you guys really wanna be healed and dont want to waste your time and hard earned money this is the only hospital i can recommend..some people might say [othe shill bht launde aa] mean they charge alot of money...in my opinion its not the price of hospital..its the fee of that expert who is doing this from 27 years and the fee for the love and care they provide and no one else can..if you people really want to be healed and walk like before just go to dr. Harprit..money will come again someday but if you got stuck with someone cheap doctor..the regret of whole life will be there.and whatever lil money you will save with those inexperienced doctors will pinch everyone for rest of their lives. "This review is based on TRUE EVENTS" I do not recommend choosing this facility for knee surgery. My grandmother tragically lost her life due to their negligence during her procedure. Despite charging exorbitant fees, they failed to provide the quality care that every patient deserves. It is heartbreaking to know that innocent lives are put at risk by a team that seems indifferent to patient well-being. No family should have to endure such a devastating loss due to medical negligence. I am deeply disappointed, and it pains me to write this review, but I feel compelled to warn others. Please think twice before trusting them with your loved ones. Edited after owner's response : You claim to be a reputed hospital, yet the language used towards patients is unacceptable--shameful, in fact. Your behavior is tarnishing your hospital's reputation and reflects poorly on your standards. Do you believe that only you have the right to file an FIR? All these responses should be shared with the management to highlight how you respond to the patient's family. Using such inappropriate language, including calling patient's family members as "moron," is deeply concerning. Is this how a reputed hospital should conduct itself? My intention is not to spread false information but to raise awareness for others. This review was written to inform and caution people, and not to invite a response from you that further adds to the emotional distress of the victim's family. I sincerely hope the hospital reflects on this and upholds the dignity and respect every patient deserves. Orthonova Hospital is a very good hospital. Dr Harprit Singh is a very good doctor here. He has gained experience from very big hospitals like USA, Spain and Germany. The staff at Orthonova Hospital is also very good. Dr Harprit Singh does knee surgery, hip surgery, IT surgery, robotic surgery, etc. The patients here go away happy.
