I am deeply disappointed and heartbroken by the care my mother received at this hospital. She underwent dialysis here, and the team inserted a catheter in her neck because her fistula was not yet ready. Since then, her health has deteriorated--she experienced severe breathing problems, a change in her voice, pain, and dangerous blood pressure spikes. What's worse is that the staff seemed untrained and unaware of how to handle such basic and serious symptoms. There was no urgency, no clear communication, and no proper monitoring. It's unacceptable for a medical facility to overlook signs that clearly indicate something is wrong. Patients deserve better. If you care about your loved ones, please think twice before trusting this hospital with critical care. They may look professional on the outside, but the reality is far different. Don't go to this hospital i don't want to give this star but for review i have to.
