He was a heart patient, and we admitted him to Care Best Hospital on a Saturday for a routine check-up. Shockingly, the doctor who admitted him went on holiday until Monday, leaving his staff to handle his care. During this time, we were deeply concerned as my grandfather was given unnecessary injections and treatments that we now believe were completely unprofessional and without proper justification. Despite being admitted to the hospital for what was supposed to be a routine procedure, we were never informed about the potential risks involved. The doctor's absence and lack of proper communication from the staff only added to our anxiety and confusion. sadly, he passed away soon, and we are left devastated and feeling betrayed by the care he received. In addition to the lack of professionalism and care, we were repeatedly asked for large sums of money with no visible improvement in his treatment or condition. The focus seemed to be on extracting money rather than providing genuine medical care. Losing a loved one is incredibly painful, but the added frustration of being misled and mistreated by a healthcare provider makes it even harder to bear. I hope the hospital management reflects on this and makes significant improvements to prevent other families from facing the same experience. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Care Best Hospital to anyone. Patients and their families deserve honesty, transparency, and proper care, which we unfortunately did not receive.
