Dr. Ravjot Hospital and Cardiac Center

Staff is very rude especially those receptionist, they don't have a little bit of sense to talk to the patients. No wonder, both the doctors Dr. Ravjot and Dr. Sanjay are amazing and those stars i gave them are for doctors but the staff should learn to be polite and kind to the patients. because of the sickness people visit doctor otherwise they don't find it enjoyable to go there. So before appointing those girls they should be trained to properly do their job because they get paid to do that.

I don't know what those 5000/- monthly earning receptionists think of themselves. They should have some sense how to talk to other people especially with elderly ones. All they have to do is sit and announce names of patients. I think they should leave their job if they find it so hard to do because there are plenty of people lined up there to do this job in a better way. Doctors are nice, but they should extend their hiring procedures and be more detailed towards their staff on how to behave with others.

Very poor service, no emergency facility available, very careless staff behavior, dangerous for patients, just money earning hospital...owner does not care his duties... no timely & proper guidance due their money earning minds.

Doctor is very professional and experienced.my grandmother was sick and we stay two days and she is now all good. Thanks Doctor and staff.

Nice hospital. Good behavior of staff. Nice security staff. Nice diet suitable for patients. But poor maintenance of building.

I have lost my mother through this hospital because Dr had not advised us even know the critical heart disease .... I hate this hospital and their doctors
