The doctor I consulted was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. the hospital staff was a major disappointment. The receptionists and nurses were rude, uncooperative, and lacked basic courtesy. Long waiting times, mismanagement, and an overall lack of empathy from the staff made the experience frustrating. It's unfortunate that such an excellent doctor is supported by an inefficient team.
