had a very good experience at kmaxx american hospital. The doctors, nurses, and staff were professional, kind, and caring throughout my visit. The hospital was clean and well-organized, and all facilities were well-maintained. Treatment was provided promptly, and I felt well cared for. Overall, I am satisfied with the services and would recommend this hospital to others.

I am disappointed with the services at the Child Development Centre. One of the main concerns is the scheduling of the child psychologist, who is generally available post-lunch daily. This timing is not ideal for children who have their therapy sessions before lunch, as these sessions often proceed without proper supervision by a Rehabilitation psychologist, which can impact the child's progress and comfort. Additionally, I have noticed that the therapists on duty tend to lack a proactive approach when working with special needs children. This lack of engagement and foresight can hinder the child's development and may not provide the supportive environment that is crucial for such sensitive cases. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the current setup and feel that improvements are needed to ensure better supervision, proactive engagement. I hope the management considers these concerns to enhance the quality of therapy sessions.

I had an exceptional experience at Kmaxx Hospital during the delivery of our baby. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, caring, and cooperative, making us feel comfortable at every step. Their professionalism and expertise in their respective domains were truly commendable. The doctors and nurses were attentive and ensured both the mother and baby received the best possible care. The facilities were top-notch, and the entire process was handled with such precision and compassion. A big thank you to the entire team for making this special moment in our lives so smooth and memorable. Highly recommended !!!

I just really wanted to appreciate the entire team of Kmaxx right from the janitorial staff to nursing staff ,all are very courteous and caring. I had to rush in my son, there with Burn injuries on the 6th evening and we got discharged yesterday. Special mention to Dr. Harsh , Dr. Bharat , Dr. Keshav and Dr. Amiteshwar. My family & I felt a lot secure that our son is in their professional hands. Thank You again to entire team of Kmaxx.

I recently delivered my baby at KMaxx American Hospital and my experience was absolutely wonderful. The hospital has excellent facilities and an amazing team of staff who are not only highly professional but also extremely friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to Dr. Manpreet, who handled my case with such care and dedication. She was always available for me, and no matter how small my concern was, she would respond to my messages almost instantly. That kind of support really made a difference, especially during such an important time. Post-delivery, I was also impressed by the regular visits from the paediatric and lactation experts, who provided thorough counselling and guidance something that truly helped me as a first-time mother. The hospital premises are super clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort and confidence in their services. I would highly recommend KMaxx American Hospital 100/100 from my side!
