Dr shivani is very polite and soft spoken dr she helped me in taking the various test of my package full body test she guided every counter i have to go and also managed me to do the test within the time mentioned

What is the point of having OPD timings if the doctors are not gonna follow them. We waited for 2 hours and the doctor was apparently on rounds. We left after that as the staff had no way of assuring when or if he will be back. They accept cash only and apparently it is normal For you to wait 3 to 4 hours to see a doctor even after paying OPD charges which are upfront. It seems all a bit shady and unprofessional. Never coming back.
