One of the worst hospital ever here. Staff is really worst they even don't have any sense how to talk to patient we spend a lot of money for our treatment they are just only bloody jerks .

Spent three days in connection with hospitalisation ot my brother . Treat ment was ok but other administrative and security was totally non cooperative and needs proper training etc.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The staff lacks professionalism and does not seem to follow proper rules, regulations, or policies. Patients are being transferred to and from the ICU without informing or obtaining consent from their attendants, leaving families searching for their patients. Additionally, the staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. This level of care is unacceptable, and the hospital needs to improve its communication and patient management. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone, be careful. My mother was under Dr. Jagdeep singh arora , poor service by everyone in this hospital

Overall service is good with all equipments available in one place somethings needs to work like increase on number of Ground staff per patient. Other than that all treatment is excellent patient care is good sometime if all patient need staff in room at same time there is mild delay as staff is busy with other patients, so this thing needs to improve. Fortis have good team of doctors and overall treatment is good.
