Went there as an emergency patient after vomiting 8 times at night and having a temperature of 38.5. Their regular night duty doctor in the medicine ward did not even bother to see the patient face. The sisters just gave para and some vomiting injection. There was no side effect to the treatment. But I just wonder how magical it is nowadays that doctor like this treat patient without even seeing the patient face without talking to the patient without even coming to the emergency ward where the patient was waiting. I suppose because it was night duty the doctor did not bother to come. Why is the hospital medicine ward functioning at night if the doctor is just busy sleeping. Maybe some other doctor would have been better. And also they charged the DUTY DOCTOR FEES from us while the patient didn't see the duty doctor and the duty doctor didn't see the patient to even ask what happened !!!!

The treatment was very good and appreciable ...Dr.Nandhini nair mam was delivered my baby who was spreading positivity among the patients and fully satisfied on the arrival of my baby on that day..... Also the special thanks to the nursing aids mrs. Anitha and mrs.Mohana and to the team who have helped me to tolerate and to overcome the labour pain. Mrs. Anitha , nursing aid has done everything to me in the labour ward and I admired a lot on her work.... My special thanks to Dr. Nandhini Nair mam and Nursing aid Mrs. Anitha

I came to Pondicherry to explore for three days from Pune the first day, I ate prawn fish, which caused a severe allergic reaction in large amounts. I kept fainting repeatedly, and my head was spinning. Somehow, I reached this hospital. The doctors in the general ward treated me very well, admitted me directly without any hesitation, and saved my life. When I regained consciousness after treatment. However, as soon as the doctor left, one staff member, threw me out, telling me to go to another hospital. I pleaded with him to refer me to a good hospital for admission, but he refused. I begged him to shift me to the emergency ward, assuring him I would pay whatever was needed, as I was in a critical condition, fainting repeatedly. The nurses and doctors in the general ward helped me immensely; they gave me two allergy injections as soon as they arrived, and my condition improved briefly but worsened again. Guard man was very bad.he throw me outside the hospital.when doctor and sisters go to home (his duty get over approx 8pm)I lay outside the hospital for about 20 minutes. Then, a kind-hearted policeman arranged an auto-rickshaw and took me to a government hospital, which was only 500 meters away. From the bottom of my heart, I thank that policeman who saved my life. Thanks to the entire Pondicherry police department. I am attaching the picture of the person who threw me out below. Please take necessary action against him

Dr. Devi ma'am is the one who treated me from the third month of my pregnancy.my son was born here by normal vaginal delivery with the weight of 3.95 kg at 38 th week.my son was delivered by Dr.devi ma'am. During my pregnancy journey she gave me a constant support and strength by her counselling. I wasn't cooperative during my active labour but the nurses, respected mother Navamani ,who are working here were so kind with me and taken care of me and helped a lot to deliver my baby. My heartfelt gratitude to My gynaecologist Dr.Devi Ma'am,the nurses and mother Navamani who were helped me a lot to deliver my baby by normal delivery.

Im here to share my experience with Dr.Nandhini nair (gynaecologist), she is kind, calm and composed. Handles her patient with utmost care . We were blessed with twins and we had so much complications with the pregnancy but Dr.Nandhini guided us throughout our pregnancy.There were days when the babies movement was not felt. We went running to her, she did a scan and confirmed that things were ok . A doctor that current generation mother needs, a doctor with a smiling face, a doctor who is approachable, a doctor who answers all doubts. If you are a resident of pondy and still wondering whom to consult with for your pregnancy, then she is the right choice. Thank you for everything Dr.Nandhini Nair .

One of the best maternity hospital in Puducherry and the pediatrician, gynecologist also very kind. Nurses are very friendly and also hospitalable. Surroundings are very clean. Especially, Dr, muthamizh mam are very calm and caring person.

Worst Hospital i have ever seen in my life. Since we are using special ward below the security are treating like worse and not at all treating the visitors in a good manner. Really worst and this private hospital there is no manners how to behave and treat the visitors only they get money from us and the treatment somehow ok . Lots of mosquitos and hygiene missing try to improve this feature inorder to get a good name from the patient as well as visitors. Train the security ask him to behave properly like private hospital. Need more improvement and keep the place clean(Special Ward) and tidy.
