Very worst organisation We have booked an appointment to meet Dr.Nachiyappan. They asked us to come at 10:00 AM. We came to hospital 15 minutes prior. Its been more than 4 hours still no response. Not sure if doctor is consulting or not. Fees alone has been collected at the beginning itself. When we check in help-desk, they don't have enough information as well. People are still waiting to meet doctor. But no response yet. Date : June 14th Time : 2:00 PM

*Treatment was so good *Doctor was very thorough, polite, and explained everything very well." *The nurse was very pleasant, kind, understanding, thorough, and professional. *the beds were clean and the services were very affordable. I was very impressed with the services provided." *The hospital is well managed with quality staff. All the tests and checkups were well coordinated. I am very happy with the hospitality, caring staff. Doctors are also so amazing.

Disappointed with Staff Behavior at Appointment Desk I'm very disappointed with the way the hospital staff handled the appointment process. They were rude, unprofessional, and completely irresponsible. Instead of helping or guiding patients, they spoke harshly and seemed uninterested in their duties. Getting a simple appointment felt like a struggle due to their careless attitude. This is not the kind of behavior you expect in a place meant for care and healing. The hospital management should seriously look into staff training and patient service -- because such behavior creates stress and affects the overall trust in the system.

Dr. Indra Srinivasan is an exceptional gynecologist. She is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, always taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything in a way that I could understand. She was especially helpful during my pregnancy and I felt confident and supported throughout the entire process. All the staff and nurses were polite and helpful. Especially physio mam helped till the last time of delivery and guided with the pregnancy related exercise and care. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr.Indra Srinivasan to anyone!

Sorry for giving 1 because no option to give zero star Hospitals and their staff should reflect the care and compassion of a temple -- not the hostility of a battleground. When a pregnant woman walks into your facility, she deserves empathy, patience, and support -- not anger, frustration, or rude behavior. No one is asking for free services; we are paying for proper care. So where does this kind of attitude come from? To the management: I sincerely urge you to train your receptionists and nurses in basic ethics, communication, and hospitality. Patients come to your hospital in vulnerable moments -- the least they deserve is kindness and professionalism. Please take this feedback seriously and bring a much-needed change. Ps: I hope you guys are not giving free services you guys getting paid from our payments ( Btwn you people charge for 2rs for photocopy of our Id proofs for your records )
