The doctor is very good at what he does but receptionist and the people working at the pharmacy lack common sense and have no idea how to speak with the customers. Once the people working at the pharmacy provided me with the wrong tablets due to them not being focused on their work and it led to severe effects on my grandmother and when we asked about it they said sorry it's a small mistake why are you making a fuss about it. The receptionist say we have UPI services and when I tried to google pay the money and sent it to them the money was sent from my end but due to their faulty bank services they didn't receive it, when I asked them about the money they said very rudely to go and ask the bank we didn't receive the money so you have to pay again and it's my fault that they didn't receive the money even got into an argument with the receptionist where he insulted me. I'm saying this again this doctor is the best at what he does in this town but their pharmacy and reception ruin this places reputation.
