While the clinic is good, lacking equipments, but the staff's handling of the token system is disappointing. There seems to be favoritism, as patients who are known to or referred by clinic staff are given priority, even when they arrive later. The staff often keep 80% of the slots empty at first and add patients who have connections, pushing others to the bottom of the list. If the clinic isn't busy, they claim that people simply didn't show up, instead of acknowledging the manipulation of the queue. Additionally, the clinic charges 400 for each visit, even for follow-ups, which feels excessive given the other issues. This lack of professionalism in managing patient tokens, combined with the high charges, makes the overall experience frustrating.
