Dr. Sun Hospital

I recently underwent surgery at this hospital and have mixed feelings about my experience. Pros: * The surgeon was excellent, demonstrating both skill and a kind, patient-centered approach. * The hospital itself was very clean and well-maintained. Cons: * Unfortunately, the behavior of many of the nurses was unacceptable. Their attitude and communication with patients were often poor. (I did encounter a couple of nurses who were kind and helpful.) * The level of care seemed to decline significantly after admission, in stark contrast to the initial pleasant interactions. * I observed several concerning practices during my surgery, including the apparent absence of a nephron and surgical caps on some nurses. Additionally, children of nurses were allowed into the operating theater, which I found unprofessional and unhygienic. * For maternity cases, newborns are required to be transported outside the hospital for pediatrician checkups. This is highly inconvenient. The hospital should arrange for the pediatrician to examine the babies on-site. * During rounds, nurses frequently used their personal cell phones. While this is their personal choice, I believe they should refrain from using them during patient rounds to maintain focus and professionalism.

Nice Hospital With good facilities

Good service all staff and doctor very good hospital

This hospital is very good. Every facility is available. Govt facilities like Biju Card and Rasan Card are also available. This hospital has very good doctors. Their service is also very good. In case of any serious problem, the patient is immediately referred to a bigger hospital.

Very bad service and money making minded people are there. I suggest please avoid to go there.

This hospital is very bad hospital. Before your treatment their behaviour is very friendly after your treatment behaviour is very bad and service is not satisfying and also patient are suffering after their treatment . Don't go for this hospital

It was very positive experience since admission till discharge. Great job. it's such a great hospital in kendrapara, very advanced hospital with the technology and also doctors....they take care of patients very good...the entire staff receiving and treating of the patients is very excellent thanks to everyone.!
