Subject: Serious Issues in the Pediatric Department and Facility Conditions I would like to highlight several issues in the Pediatrics Department and overall facility management that need urgent attention: 1. TCB (Jaundice) Test Machine: There is only one TCB machine available, despite a high number of patients. This machine often remains out of order, causing delays and inconvenience for patients, especially newborns needing jaundice testing. 2. Doctor Availability and Patient Care: Doctors visit patients only once a day, and after that, they are often not available. The next day, a different doctor is assigned to the same patient. This constant change affects treatment continuity and proper diagnosis. 3. Washroom Hygiene: The washrooms are extremely dirty and unhygienic. Patients cannot maintain hygiene in such conditions, which can lead to additional infections or diseases. 4. Staff Behavior: Some senior and older nursing staff behave rudely and are not cooperative. However, junior nursing staff are more polite, cooperative, and professional, which is appreciated. 5. Blood Test Report Issues: There are frequent delays in receiving blood test reports due to printing problems. Instead of printed reports, staff sometimes write the results manually with a pen, which is unprofessional and error

I recently visited a government hospital and was very impressed. The treatment was excellent, and the staff were compassionate and professional. The hospital was clean, and they provided nutritious meals three times a day. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

I am a physical chalange person,i am going to Make my train pass certificate but I go 2time First time 10.00 orthopedic doctor not present in medical ,I ask security but they nor responce, I go to medical 19 number room orthopedic Doctor room but some trainee doctor is their they telling at 10.00am doctor already left, 2nd time I meet the Orthopedic doctor and I share my problem but orthopedic doctor is denied not accept my request,I search online Jajpur town medical number and call some doctor ma'am pickup my call see is telling i already transferred from their, My home 55 kelometer from medical . Before 4year I go medical that time orthopedic doctor when BJD Gorment is their(that orthopedic doctor is very good My GOD ),But now bjp not street this is the reason .so I hope At list other people are not struggling.

Doctor is good but time table is Not good. Lunch time 3 hour.after lunch time Doctor time is not good.unnecessary light fan etc working .please Doctor people believe for you.but don't ignore. Perfect you give time

My bike has been stolen from the main parking inside the Medical campus, and the main thing is it is done infront of medical security. I found that the CCTV in parking area were broken, even atleast 20 people told me that their bikes also stolen from D.H.H, Jajpur campus. It's not a random case, I think the medical staffs are also working with the thieves. And do not expect from police to help you in this case, they will simply tell you that "Go and claim Insurance". Not only that, the mobile phones and other accessories of patient are getting stolen from medical bed. Medical infrastructure is good but a well organised thief gang is working in medical. Always add an extra safety lock in your vehicle.

This hospital is clean. It has a good atmosphere for patient. But the problem is that the doctor here don't write well and strong medicine to any type of patient. That's why goverment spends too much money for the well-being of the poors.But all the money is wasting here by only providing medicines and medicines. They should hire a supervisor. Who could manage the import of medicines and the poors can improve their health.

My experience about the place is not too good. No properties has been cleaned properly. Medical staff and outsiders are spitting regularly without following the rules and regulations. Police staff are doing the same and not maintaing propper COVID guidelines (face mask). No sanitation happening at the entrance gate while entering the area. May be no mask is mandatory in the hospital area. May one day some of the staff (CDMO) will notice this issues. This is my experience in jajpur govt. Hospital. Thanks for reading.
