Dr. Sadguru Hospital

I had the most terrible experience at this hospital. From the moment I arrived, it felt like nobody cared about the patients. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful..not Cooperative. There security guards are behaving like doctors. i don't know how they are hiring them if they don't know how to behave. They are just delaying the treatment process knowingly to income more. They are not informing the exact information about the patient to there family members. Not giving any chance to discuss with the doctors about the exact condition. Doctors are not coming on time , if you ask them they will just simply say we don't know. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. It was very bad experience from start to finish, and I wouldn't trust them with my health or well-being.

Facilities are good. Housekeeping maintained very well. Staffs and medical personels are friendly and helpful. Overall this is suggested from my side to visit here. Insurance are being processed in hassle-free manner. I am giving 5 *.

All the staffs and doctors behaviour and way of talking in very nice. The food quality is also good. The hospital was neat and clean .they take care in a perfect time limit.

My patient got treated very well... special thanks to Dr.samita mohanty..very well behaviour doctors &staff nurses are there.. Hospital hygiene and all services good

I am so sorry to giving them one star, in reality they are not deserving this tooo.. Worst treatment process, except cleaning persons no one is behaving well. They are just making rules in a minute .I don't know about the cancer hospital but i came here with my family member for a better treatment. I was thinking they will focus on the problem of our patients but they are Just taking time ,there is no result of complaining anything to anyone. The whole management is worst. Just doing scam nothing else. I will suggest everyone not to come . I will definitely not recommend this hospital.

Good hospital in terms of taking care of the patient. Behaviours of the staff and housekeeping staffs are very good. I will rate high for cleaning facility here.
