Visited The diagnostic, Very impressed with Clean ness, Customer Care behaviours, with all staff are such Well Friendly & No more crowed.

The worst lab ever.. had an incomplete HSG there.. the doctor was completely inexperienced. Didn't talk to me or try to calm me.. she didn't even listen to me she was doing the procedure very roughly and make me bleed I was crying BCS of the pain but she was wasn't even responding and continue to do her work.. my husband heard me crying and came to room to stop her then she stopped.. please don't go this lab they just don't know about anything..

So pathetic that receptionist and that radiologist who had done my normlal usg scan 39 weeks pregnant .he was in so hurry and came around 6 pm evening and didn't scan proper bcz when I was asking only then he remember to do that and he asking me again n again to lie down to do one more time scan and he was repeatedly saying that u hvae to go for cesarian just bcz of liquor level is 8 .stupid he didn't sayi anything positive such a fool doctor and that receptionist don't know the name but that slim girl wd fair complexion she was looting , saying that doctor consultation fee is 400 although we were knowing it is 300 and even she asked for normal USG ultrasound 1050 rs and from that she Said very softly to give me 500 rs in cash and remaining to do online and when we asked reason to not to make full payment Paytm or online she didn't say anything.i understood that time what it's mean. Rohit who is the owner ,I want to say I got pathetic response from your curewell imaging centre. Please peope be aware from these frauds and take your decision wisely ,they can fool you easily if you are going there first time.dont go there just seeing bcz of decoration of that place,choose another diggnostic centre and good gynaecologist. I m regretting why I visited there and wasted my money.

Revising to 1 star based on last visit. Visited for some blood tests and found the staff's to very incompetent, they don't know the difference between antigen and antibodies and not able to find the test name even after telling multiple times. Also in my last visit the echocardiogram test went for less than 5 minutes, which usually takes around 15 to 20 minutes to perform and the report given as normal. I highly doubt the intentions and skills of this lab staffs and the results as well. The results are not reliable and don't be fooled by their ratings. Just reaping the advantages of the location which is crowded by clinics and patients. The centre looks clean and less crowded compared to other diagnostic centers near by. However waiting time for Doctor was quite long even after went there after calling them. Also price is higher. Went there for Echocardiogram and they charged me rs1500, where as in Nidan it costs rs1200. Also to my knowledge other bloodtests packages are quite expensive compared to cost of Thyrocare and Dr Lal pathlab. Also don't be fooled by 4.8 rating, most of the ratings seem to be fake as ratings were collected in one time frame without reviews. Dear Curewell don't loot money by hiking prices.

Awesome service Behavior Value for money

Very bad experience. Went in at 10 am and got to know doctor will come at 11.30 am and then even after 12:15 pm he didn't show up. Had to argue and took my refund. Thats how they value their patients time. Not recommend at all.

By reading all Reviews one thing I found that all reviews are fake. Reviews are not given by genuine user... Maximum review you will find " one of the best diagnostic centre I have ever visited or seen"

I have seen it very closely very good lab experienced staff and all staff are sensior with very copretive. It is perfect place for communication.No single defect in diagnosis report.otherwise over all are good...
