Receptionist does not have proper information about the doctor. On Thursday I booked an appointment for Friday via receptionist. But when I came to bbsr from Daspalla that day doctor was on leave. Again they told me to come on Saturday morning 8am . I came early with the patient by 8am . Unfortunately receptionist had not any idea about the doctors availability. That strictly denied about the appointment (Gangadhar sir) . Thank you for my elder brother patience to wait for an hour for proper information. And finally the doctor was supposed to come by 10am . It was a bad experience

I visited Sparsh Hospital today for medical consultation under the BSKY scheme. However, I was extremely disappointed by the behavior of the lady staff member sitting in the BSKY office. Her attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful, as if she was giving money from her own pocket. Patients already come with pain and stress -- but her tone, behavior, and lack of basic courtesy made the experience even more frustrating. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a reputed hospital where people expect compassion, especially in a government-supported scheme like BSKY. I kindly request the hospital management to look into this matter seriously and take strict action so that future patients don't face such treatment. Patients deserve respect -- not humiliation. Thank you.
Rating: (1 star) Very disappointing experience. After payment, I had to wait over 2 hours to see the doctor. When I finally went in, he didn't even look at my medical reports--just heard my symptoms and immediately started writing a prescription. The consultation felt rushed and unprofessional. Then, at the pharmacy counter, I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my medicine, even though there were only a few people ahead of me and 3 staff were working. I also forgot to ask what food I should avoid or eat since I'm suffering from food poisoning, and the rushed process gave no opportunity to clarify. Overall, the service was slow, careless, and frustrating.
Admitted my father in law in critical care and the immediate response we got from the doctors, nurse and the attendant was worth praising.. Dr. Sanatan Satpathy who operated my FIL was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.. He was at the hospital for about 8 days and went through a major surgery a d i couldn't thank enough the entire management and staff for taking so much care during the entire stay. Even the house keeping staff checked in him and the warm hospitality they extended is appreciated to the correct. I understand it's a hospital and all are doing their work deligently and some minor error does occur but trust me everyone is doing their best. My heartiest thanks to Mr. CHINMAYA MOHAPATRA who took all the effort to ensure my FIL gets the best treatment.. DR.SWETLANA whose goodmorning will cure half of the ailments of the patients..She is a epitome of positivity and good vibes . DR. SANATAN who not only operated papa but made sure he is explained well of the procedure and the understands the post operation happenings. The entire staff was well groomed, kind and helpful. I couldn't thank enough for taking such good care of us..Some staff who mada an everlasting impact.. Sister Suchismita, Sister Suchi, Supriyo H/K Mamta, bapi, sangram, bimala, anirudh, Ms. Sanchita Mohapatra ma'am for being so kind and checking on us daily. I might be missing some names but trust me you all are doing a fabulous work and I thank each one of you..
It is quite good to be here , after all I was here with my mother for almost 20 . In these days I have experienced many things . Most of the time it is good .specially nurses and the other staffs are very active towards their duties , but some are okay . Over all it is good for oncology for Dr.Ghanaswyam sir .

Very bad hospital. Don't take your loved ones to this hospital for treatment. One of the worst hospitals of india along with behaviour of staff is very much bad. Dr. Rajesh Kumar Padhy also the worst surgeon I have seen ever.
Extremely disappointed on the service provided. The patient came to the hospital to get admitted for severe diarrhea that she had been suffering since 1 week. First she was made to wait in the OPD for more than an hour and then she had to wait for more than 1 and a half hour to get the admission process completed. Give it a thought, what if the patient had an accident, remember she came out n for acute diarrhea. Very disappointed on the whole process
