The staff were exceptional,every viral test was completed within an hour, and the doctors were both supportive and attentive. The overall cleanliness and hygiene of the hospital were commendable. However, I did notice that the room infrastructure, particularly the air conditioning and television, could benefit from updating to enhance patient comfort. The hospital offers top-notch medical care with highly skilled doctors and well-trained nursing staff. From consultation to treatment, everything was handled with professionalism and compassion.

Worst mana Goans services. Doctors are too good but the service are very bad. Admission section , billing is too slow and unorganised. Unprofessional staff. Nurses need more training and education and too need to learn the behaviour. Need to improve the management and system.

I had a truly excellent experience with Dr. Manoj Mansingh. From the moment I walked into his room, I felt at ease. Dr. Mansingh is not only highly knowledgeable in ENT care, but also incredibly patient and attentive.
