Dr. Health Village Hospital

Health village hospital service is good. Dr. Shakti Swarup Panda's(orthopaedic) behaviour is very polite. He is very good Doctor And He discusses everything with the patient regarding the treatment. My home is not here. I came from outside and saw this doctor. If anyone wants to visit this doctor, you can visit him at Health village Hospital.

Very good hospital for majority of treatment , my experience as gynecologist and delivery of my baby was excellent. Very caring support staff and peace of mind experience. I am grateful for choosing this hospital through our the procedure

Health Village Hospital is known for having some of the best doctors in the state, and the medical services provided are truly commendable. The care and attention given by the healthcare professionals are appreciated, and it's clear that the hospital is committed to clinical excellence. However, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of basic hygiene, especially in the toilet facilities. The condition of the washrooms is unacceptable for a hospital environment--they were unclean and emitting a strong, unpleasant odor. Frankly, I have never come across such poor toilet hygiene in any hospital I've visited. For a healthcare facility of this standard, basic sanitation should be a top priority. I strongly urge the management and facility team to address this issue by hiring adequate housekeeping staff and ensuring regular maintenance and cleaning of washrooms. While the medical care is excellent, the overall patient experience is negatively impacted by the poor hygiene standards. I sincerely hope the administration takes this feedback seriously and takes immediate steps to improve the cleanliness and sanitation of the hospital premises.

Day before yesterday i admitted for one of my surgery.at health village hospital.doctor and nurses services was goo.litreallly the room services and cleanliness everything is like hell.bed, bedsheet,table ,wall are really dirty.as a patient i felt like seriously it is a hospital or not.

My father has CTS Surgery here. Dr. Chinmay was excellent in explaining the issue and he did the surgery. The surgery went very smooth and successful. Thanks to Dr. Chinmay. All the nursing staffs are very professional and provides excellent services. All the staffs and specially insurance department are very helpful and quick . All the things went smooth. Thank you!!

Today I visit this hospital for my grandfather's OPD consultation morning 9:30 Mu grandfather age 92+ We wait till 11:30 for consultation with doctor. The staff of this hospital basically OPD-6 security guard is behave like he is in top management and he rudely behave with patient and patient attenders. That bullshit man is saying that if you not waited then admitted the patient into casualty. That nonsense man don't know how to communicate with patient. This is the management of your hospital? Where is the patient care services ? As a Hospital Administrator I give less than 1star for staff behaviour.

I am extremely happy to share my experience at this Hospital. My Uncle was admitted in this hospital and the treatment we received there was excellent. They have very well behaved and professional doctors. All the amenities they provide are also good. All the supporting staffs and nurses were also very good. I should not forget to specially mention the name of a nursing staff Miss Aliva who was a very professional, dedicated and committed for taking patient's complete care.
