I attended ED on Sunday night with chest pain I'd barely sat down when I was called through for a blood test. Being a night time there was a delay in getting seen again (there were emergencies coming in) Seriously the professional service and level of support from staff was absolutely amazing. I can't speak highly enough of the doctors, nurses and orderlies. You all deserve medals. Thankyou all so much!

Another day at A&E was there Monday with my Daughter and again today with my Mother-in-law. Just want to say how both visit were awesome from the initial admin staff to the Triage nurse to doctors and nursing staff such wonderful treatment by all so caring inclusive and informative. So fortunate to have these amazing professionals. Thank you so much

Your staff in ED deserve a massive shout out and thank you. We are here with my MIL who has been here for 16 hours and waiting. There are stretchers with patients and families everywhere through the corridors and it is basically bedlam, kind of like the scenes you see in extreme TV during a pandemic. Inv the time it has taken to write this there have been two intercom announcements to resus. Your staff though are amazing. They are flat out but constantly attentive and with a smile. The orderlies and HCAs are attentive to things like relatives needing a seat which they get for you without even being asked before rushing off to their next task. can I please ask that you get this message of appreciation to your ED.

Nothing but nice things to say about the emergency room staff, paramedics, 5th south ward nurses and caregivers, CT scan team and the guys who helped guide myself and family around the building and pushed beds and wheelchairs when necessary (the position names blanked my mind sorry). I was in a room with 3 elderly patients and the young staff taking care of them were so professional and polite around the clock, regardless of what condition they had or were in at the time.

Was booked in for an appointment at 1.40pm in the orthopedic ward, and I arrived on time. I was here for an hour and 50 minutes past my appointment time. I've seen three people come in an hour after me and be seen, 2 people say they "have things to do" and get put forward in the list. I took time off work for this and had to be back at a specific time, but when I said that, I get nothing but passive-aggressive responses and say there's nothing they can do about it. This place is a joke. Why book people in for a specific time if you can't keep to these times? Everybody has things to do, sort your shit out.

Takes far too long to get treated. A nurse or doctor comes for about 60 seconds then disappears for 2 hours. At that point, someone else appears for 60 seconds and then clears off for two hours. After 20 hours, I had been treated. Would have been quicker to fly to Sydney and be treated there. It's not the fault of the doctors and nurses, the health system is in disarray and extremely underfunded. Thanks Jacinda!

My 16 months daughter admitted to ICU after continuous seizures. They literally gave her life back. The doctors nurses and all staff at hospital helped us a lot during the process. It was a stressful night and somehow they saved my daughter without any injury. I have no words to say thank you for this amazing team.

I had hand injury, the staff to doctors are legends, Yes there is long wait times but they are burned out, I saw in their eyes how tired they are yet they are working for us, I love every single person, staff and doctors I wanna thank you so much for looking after me and not making me leave until we found and fix the injury. Thank you again!
