    why at 7 pm, the main gate of hospital get closed? Please open the main gate of new building for 24/7.Why you closed the gate at 7Pm so early.Does there any security issue at night? Increase the security guard but open the main gate 24/7.And there is Global Ime bank inside the ATM which is not allowed after 7 PM when gate closed even i have emergency to take out money from ATM.

    I have been getting my mother treated for neuro treatment for the last three months. My mother's condition is better than before, but the patient and her family members have to face a lot of problems whenever they come here. Female nursing staff, assistants, receptionist and even security guards, nobody knows how to manage things, nothing is happening in a systematic way here, patient no.5 is showing on the token board but patient no.25 is standing near the doctor's cabin, there is a normal size hall with 8 doctor's cabins inside, the problem is that every patient has to wait for 4 to 5 hours to meet the doctor, the seating arrangement is very less, usually there are 2 to 3 people come with a patient, security should allow only one person with the patient, so that a little control can be brought but security is not able to control, the hall is very noisy, there are 8 to 10 assistants in the hall of 8 doctors, the names of the patients are called by the assistants but patients cannot be heard due to the noise in the hall and the patient whose name is missed has to wait till the end, there is a long line in the washroom as there is only one washroom in total on this floor, apart from the doctor and treatment, many things need to be updated, I request Nepal's Health Minister Mr. Pradeep Paudel that all the small and big hospitals should be audited by the government at least once in six months and I also request the hospital management that all the points I have mentioned are absolutely genuine, whenever the patients and their relatives come here, they have to face a lot of problems, please train your staff properly and update the facilities in the hospital, I hope that the hospital management will consider all these problems and try to fix it soon. Thank you.

    There are many payments issues in the counter no D or 4 on July 10 25 I had came to the neuro hospital and accordingly to hospital rules we got our no but when I was makes payment of meet the doctor the lady on the no D counter she didn't give me money receipt i think it's okay and then I forget about it then the doctor which has our appointment he did not come hospital and his assistant doctor deny to console then he transferred us from other to other doctors atlast we are going to counter no D and call for my payment receipt but she told me I am already gives you then I had to make another payment and administrators said we are not responsible for your money if they don't give me reciept then what will I do kindly reminder to all people who has come here please be careful to small scame which is done by hospital members and doctors and staffs .

    This hospital is really a big mess. Staff are very unprofessional and never listen a word from you. The hospital have so called number system but neither doctor nor staff follows this. If you are from Nepal they don't care about your number but if you from India they will say follow number. Doctor start visiting patient from 10.30 am spending 4 to 5 min but it's 4.00 pm and only 23 patients are treated and if you asked a single question staff misbehaves. In my opinion this hospital is completely unprofessional, staff's are trained to misbehave, no facilities for outsider complete waste of your time, money and effort. I never seen such type of waste hospital
