Poor healthcare service and possibly the most pathetic hospital of all time. If you value your health, your time, and basic human decency, avoid this place. The treatment of patients here is inhumane. People walk in needing help and walk out worse, if not completely neglected. The staff is careless, the environment is pathetic, and the receptionist lacks hospitality, with zero sense of service, it's like you're bothering them by showing up. You ask a question, and they acts like you're speaking a different language. And here's the biggest joke of all, there's only one doctor in the entire hospital, and he's an anesthesiologist. That's it. No general physician, no ortho, no wound specialist, just this one guy who doesn't even want to be there. Rude, unavailable, and couldn't care less about the patients. It's like he clocked out mentally years ago and is just floating through shifts doing the bare minimum. No rounds, no updates, no follow ups, absolutely nothing. The so called care here is a big joke. Patients are left to fend for themselves. Nurses do the most basic task; clean and go, without a single explanation of what's going on, what's improving, what's not, what to avoid, or what to do at home. You're just another body in line for them. This place shouldn't even be allowed to call itself a hospital. It's a disgrace. The kind of place that makes you lose faith in the healthcare system altogether.

One of the most popular hospitals in Mokokchung. But waiting for the CT scan to be taken and then again the results takes almost the whole day. Like, the CT scan can be taken only after 1:00 PM and then they take more than two hours to give away the results which means the patient have to wait for the whole day in the sitting area on those rocky steel benches. They don't even give proper info when asked, I was asked to take the results from the reception and then when I enquired after waiting for almost 2 hours, the receptionist tells me to ask from the CT scan room and when I asked from the CT scan room, they revert me back again to the reception. This is so much inconvenient for everyone.

I reached this Lenjem Hospital with my pregnant wife at 10.15.AM and made an appointment for ultra sound. We were asked to come at 12.30. PM. We waited patiently but we were told at 12.15 PM that Doctor is at Kohima and will not turn up. Well, thank you for wasting our precious 2 hrs. What an expectation! #$%@&*^!@&

The Eden Collaboration Health Camp to me personally was more like a scam. Made appointments through receptionist and asked to come in an appointed time,reached at the correct time ( much ahead) and The lady replied first come first basis after reaching hospital.Like can't you say that in the morning when I asked for confirmation in the morning? The most disorganized and overrated hospital that I wish the proprietor sees and checks the present receptionist( 11 JUNE 2022 ) unpleasing personality.

A hospital opened by its people for the people with the goal and love for peoples primary health care as well as intensive care options with reasonable payments and state of the art machinery and experienced staff and faculty members. The proprietor with its heart and intitative to open a hospital where the people of rural village areas didnt have to pay exorbitant prices to get primary treatments and also travel long distances for e.g the nearest hospital would be Mariani hospital in Assam which is approx 85 km from Mokokchung. And in rare serious cases most people dont even make it till Assam.So with that in mind this hospital will definitely be saving a lot of people the cost of travelling as well as their lives, with the fact that they will be getting the best treatment and facility in the district.

Receptionist & staff busy on phone with games, clinic close should be open 24/7hours but they close early. & it takes hours to get checked., & it goes without serial numbers. Just lik backdoor appointment. Just that it got latest gadgets it seems, otherwise. Not that good as expected.

Nuro surgeon from gnrc guwahati free check up was the advertisement in Local paper. Do not mislead our own Naga people. Thought u guys were doing something good but at the end of the day it was all Abt business. Wish i can rate below one star.

Presently, the only hospital in town with decent diagnostics, and a much needed healthcare facility that gathers to the increasing needs of Mokokchung as well the the neighbouring districts.
