I had a very positive experience with the hospital pharmacy. The staff was professional ,knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. They explained my medication clearly, including how to take and when to take them.Despite being a busy hospital the staffs are trying their best to provide the best service as much as they can.The pharmacy was well stocked and they made sure we leave with everything we need.

Professional. Quick. Inexpensive. Take a local. Follow procedure. The nurses are professional and so are the drs. Check up. Blood tests. And medications. Waited some time but worked. First experience was smooth and blood nurse was exceptional at job.

Staffs are very rude n proud attitude, worst experience is in pharmacy n reception. Please train them to be humble, kind, understanding n caring.. its a hospital where people come to seek help, medication n cure. But we get cured wit ter attitude befr anything is processed.

They have ICU facility..One of the good hospital in Kohima.. they don't have Neuroscience facility.. centrally located..parking is bit difficult here..they accept only cash as payment..new building is good and clean..canteen is available.. physiotherapy is really bad..

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the nursing staff at the hospital where my daughter was treated for pneumonia. Their dedication and compassion were truly remarkable, making a difficult time much more manageable for our family. Each nurse went above and beyond, providing not only excellent medical care but also emotional support that was greatly appreciated. A heartfelt thank you to the doctor as well, whose skill and kindness played a crucial role in my daughter's recovery. Your commitment to patient care is truly commendable. Thank you all for your outstanding support and professionalism.

Not a good Hospital, maybe there are some good Doctors but there are lots of complaints I heard from different people. I usually go to their pharmacy but their services are not good. Those staffs in the pharmacy are too proud, it's not just their degree they seriously need to go to customers service training. Worst experience among hospitals in Kohima

The nurses on emergency duty are so rude and unprofessional. They must not forget that they are getting paid for their services at the hospital.Even the female pharmacist is so unprofessional and proud,we are paying for every meds!Nobody is coming there for free check up.Please be polite,be professional, leave your attitude at home.Higher authorities must provide mock training to employees and the interns at the hospital.Thank you.

Never stepping foot in this hospital again. Had to admit my dad to the ICU & oh my goodness. We were met with the worst staffs. The nurses in the ICU with the exception of some few were very rude, unprofessional, so much of attitude and ego. I wonder how are the trainees/ interns who have no idea about their nature of work even kept in this ICU. Besides some so called 'trained' nurses did not even know how to change the oxygen mask & when I confronted the nurse, surprisingly her friend came to her rescue saying don't insult her as she's trained in this field & guess what she also said "forgive & forget" . Arey?? Is the patient's life not important? Can u tell me to forgive if the patient dies because of your carelessness? There had been other incidents too. But this was personally painful. The hospital ought to be senior citizen friendly as well. And oh please upgrade the payment system to UPI in this time & age. Lastly but not the least, at least keep enough senior nurses in the ICU. More doctor rounds for the patients is required & 24/7 monitoring would be appreciated. At least for future patients ... they deserve better. Please train your staffs to be cordial , kind, compassionate & listen to the patients. We come not to receive scolding for not knowing something. I could write more... but I guess that'll be it. Like I said, won't recommend this hospital to anyone.
