Dr. Naga Hospital Authority

Met strangest doctor today. Never thought I would be humiliated by a doctor in front of his 5-6 co workers, MED OPD. I wish for a doctor to treat his patients with humanity and not like a boss.

Just visited MOPD with my mother. The doctor was very rude and seems to be in a rush. As a doctor they should atleast listen to their patients and address their needs. No wonder why people don't trust local doctors.

Naga hospital is very good.. N have very good treatment .. N good to talk with doctor n nurse But one problem that's no sufficient water

Unsanitary, unhygienic and inadequate supply of water especially in the wards room which is the main problem.

Doctors and services might be good but Needs ample parking space

I am American staying in Kohima, this hospital is what nightmares are made of, American Horror Story Tv show can come and film next season here. The most mannerless backward uneducated nurses work here, also the female Gyno doctor is mannerless too, the young nurses are not like this but the older ones feel like they came from village and never got a college education, really terrible, as a foreigner seeing their manners and their talking skills is like seeing monkeys blabbering in Zoo, I wonder what would happen if you take one of these individuals and place them in Paris or Milan or New York, it would be like watching the movie Tarzan all over again, do they know how to eat at a restaurant with proper utensils? Do they know spoon is for soup and fork for rice and meat? Do they know how to function in a modern society? Do they know table etiquette? Do they know what a filet mignon or Parmesan cheese is? ....they tried to forcefully check me again and again while in labor in the few minutes I was there, and recommended C section with no apparent reason, needless to say I switched to Putunuo where the nurses are actually educated and kind, it was a bliss, I gave birth naturally . And let me not even start talking about the facilities condition...you'll never see anyone cleaning or sanitizing, everyone sitting in the same beds/chairs., the emergency rooms so packed with patients and families it looks like carnival. Contagious/infectious diseases must really feast here. What a shame for the authorities in charge. To finish let me add that 1 of the elder nurses that always takes my weight info during checkups was kind and proper . My bad review is about the nurses in the labor room. I gave birth July 2023.
