Dr. K. P. Bethesda Hospital

Even basic necessities, like a Lift, are not provided for patient's attendees. This hospital is truly disappointing. In an emergency, while trying to get medicine from the ground floor, a patient could potentially die before we could reach the fourth floor. They should truly stand with the name of the hospital "Bethesda" ...and show some mercy to those people who has to climbs the whole stairs of the building 5-6 times a day just to get medicine

Worst hospital ever........worst receptionist ...worst system.....they don't even provide x-ray reports, uneducated people working there....playing games, chatting with each other instead of listening to the patient... Now I've to go to another town or city just to make the x-ray report......

The staff members need to improve their communication skill and be more kind to customers. The registration fee is also very very high for an average Naga citizen however the infrastructure is good and 24houres service is good + there is no parking available through out the day

The Orthopaedic doc and its department is the best so far. Have been visiting them for my nephew since last one month( treatment and dressing). The staffs are professional and smart. Would recommend everybody to opt' though little on the higher price but yes better than Govt' hospital whose staffs are rude and sometimes forgets their job.

I prefer Bethesta Hospital over any other hospitals just because of the Orthopaedic doctor, one of the best in Nagaland. If not some staffs members are extremely impolite which is not very impressive.

Apparently Orthopedic Doctor is one of the finest and best Doctor ever in Nagaland. Services and Cleanliness. It's average can't expect the busy crowded of Hospital to be much more cleaner than that. The only minus point is because of Parking area. A very congested Parking area. Water facility is very much appreciable getting Sufficient water facility is a diamond in a place like Kohima. All the aboved mentioned points are through personal experience point of view. Some visitors may have either best or worst experience than me. . But I'm sure many visitors will like it this hospital ignoring the part of Parking area.

Ortho, medicine and dermatologist were great as per my own experience . Found good results after the treatment . Good facilities and the hospital is clean and well maintained

Lack of latest equipment. Rooms so suffocating free advice if you are kidney patient do not enter this hospital I repeat do not go to this hospital or you'll waste ur valuable time and money.
