Dr. Faith Hospital and Institute of Medical Sciences

I Aqheho Swu had a detox treatment from Date 21 i.e, Monday to Date 28 i.e, Monday. I was admitted in cabin number 202 in SB3 floor as a detox patient. Each and every nurses was polite, puncutal,well disciplined and had performed their duty well and in time. The nurses especially working at night shift use to come and check the patient every minute and hour. I can't even express how to thank each and every nurses working at the SB3 floor. I recommend every patient to choose the second floor i.e, SB3 floor as the nurses are well qualified,smart, active and always there to take care of their patient. I wish and hope that the Adminstrator of the Faith Hospital should give them a token of love in terms of paying them some incentives or even look after their monthly package and raising their monthly package. I still can't even forget the love, care that they have shown upon me. Seriously and willing form the bottom of my heart i give them 10/10. And the students who are in learning stage were all smart, active and hardworking. Thank You Faith Hospital Dr. Althea and all the nurses working in SB3 floor. I cannot give anything to each and every nurses of SB3 floor but my prayer and blessings shall be upon them. My dad was admitted to Faith Hospital, Dimapur, last year due to a stroke and was treated by Dr. Simeon. After we were discharged, my father, being a stroke patient, needed regular medical attention and advice. However, since we live in a very remote area, it was difficult for us to bring him to the hospital regularly. We wished to contact Dr. Simeon for guidance, but the nurses at Faith Hospital refused to share his contact information, saying that he does not entertain phone calls. Until my father's last breath, we longed for his advice regarding medication and care, but we were never able to reach him. I understand that doctors are busy and should not be disturbed unnecessarily, but my father was his patient, and I felt he could have at least allowed us to reach out to him during such a critical time. I am not blaming Dr. Simeon for my father's death, but I wanted to express that we truly missed his guidance during my father's illness. The nurses, however, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you all.

1.Nurses on duty at first floor are not helpful at all. They are too rude and proud.They really need to be well trained in dealing with patients. 2. Shortage of water in toilet is another big problem. Not sufficient enough even for one patient forget about the attendents. 3. Satisfied with the neuro Doctor...... especially for timely visits twice a day.

You want to save your loved ones, please do not take them to this money looting do not care for human life hospital. They have no knowledge to diagnose/ offer correct treatment. They will mentally torture the family members taking care of the sick by writing the medicines that are unavailable at their pharmacy rather in the entire Dimapur. They will suggest, all kinds of surgeries and tests, only experimenting with no progress even a percent. Only ask you to get tons of medicines daily that you can't even imagine and once they are done looting all the money out of you, they will tell you they have done everything and will leave it up to you. By the time you realise you are at the wrong place, placing your trust at the wrong hospital/doctors, you will be very late. Look out for Dr. Khusboo, if she is the doctor in charge, take your loved ones out immediately

Dr. Kitaka, your dedication to ensuring her safety is truly commendable, especially considering you went out of your way to attend to her on a night shift. Your expertise and prompt attention made a significant difference. Dr. Arihant Jain, your support and guidance throughout the emergency were invaluable. Your help was instrumental in navigating this challenging situation. I must say that Faith Hospital's team, including both of you, demonstrated outstanding professionalism and compassion. The facilities and care provided were top-notch. Thank you again for your hard work and dedication.

To consult a Doctor we have to wait for an hour more. Even though u came first,Nurses are always unfair with the patient since they always takes their family or friends to consult a Doctor first. Administration should look after these even though you have all the facilities it's useless if u can't treat ur patient (coustmer) in a fair way. And pliz teach your nurses and other staff manners. Since all patient are the same not their family or friends. It's really unbearable to wait and to consult a doctor. Pliz change the system of letting them sit near the emergency room to consult.

Sister Ajano from 2nd floor was very helpful her hospitality made me like i am home and a family, we will always remember her sweetest care & gesture towards us !
