Dr. Shija Hospitals and Research Institute (SHRI)

Waiting 4 hours for OPD is insane. It's like a government run hospital. Test results were slow and had to wait hours for a simple operation. Operation was about 45 mins. I wasted my time here. Should have been to Babina hospital.

The staffs were very kind and helpful. The insurance team and front office were very polite and helpful. Mr. Khongbantabam momon was fabulous he assisted with the insurance team and provide me the contact to reach... Thank you so much team from my heart... once again thanks to the all concerned doctor and nurse....

Overall services are good and satisfied except one rude and non cooperative doctor and one nursing staff at the time of discharge (bed no. 5 in general male ward 3rd floor). If possible let the treatment and diagnosis be available at affordable prices for needy patients.Thank you Shija hospital authority to avail the well qualified super specialist doctors with best treatment and high tech diagnostic services in the state.

As I was staying here for my father's health problem I found satisfaction in all round except the diet provided. And another satisfaction I found is that one of the nurse was so helpful and talk so politely. Besides her pregnant condition she was doing her work so well whole night.

I have satisfied the duties of staff and nurses. Overall, the services are good; however, one problem is due to the doctor's busy schedule, as the doctor rounds cannot wait and take a long time to arrive.

As i compare the service of Shija and Raj, shija is likely to be like a government hospital, where the staff are rude. I don't feel the hospitality. You know when the treat so well we feel 90 percent of the sickness is gone, we need this kind you service. Everytime i visit Radiology staff Shankhui Luikham only help me the best. Service level is very poor

The pharmacy lacked essential medicines, which caused inconvenience. Improving stock management would enhance patient care and service quality. However, the nurses and doctors were incredibly hospitable, making the experience enjoyable. They were great to talk to, creating a friendly and comfortable atmosphere.

Top notch but it will be super good if the hospital provides affordable rates specially for Paediatric as there is no proper an experience doctors & hospital like Shija Hospital. Plus point will be if they make a garden space for patients party to relax and calm their stress down.
