Worst emergency care in the whole world Only thinking about money My grandmother with respiratory problems went to this hospital but they didn't do any test and told us that the higher authority didn't allow them to do any test until the patient is admitted to their hospital. Without any test or tentative diagnosis told us to admit to ICU just because they don't have any spare bed . And they Also gave beta blocker to the patient with the dyspnea. After confronting with the nurse , the nurse told us either to admit to ICU or go to some other place in a rude manner . This hospital might be good for other departments or might have a nice experience for others people but the emergency service that I experience Is the worst and I won't even let anyone admit me to this hospital even if I had an accident and lie on the road with my gut hanging outside.

I had a heart attack on 02/02/2024 and angioplasty was done with stent implanted in the affected artery in this hospital. As for me the hospital doctor and staff are all very kind and friendly. I am alright now wit follow up routine checkups and medications. I would like to recommend the hospital for heart problems.

Had a very bad experience. Got admitted in emergency and shifted to ICU with emergency charges and no doctor apart from the RMO visited for two days. Don't understand what an emergency meant now. Consultation charges of the specialist was taken for days when he didn't even visit. Unsatisfied with the treatment.

I want to thank the institute for providing free service on World Heart Day. The doctor and the staffs were kind and patient-friendly. I am really amaze with the quality of the service provided for free of cost, which is roughly about 3000 rupees on normal consultation, plus testing. I hope, this hospital will serve for humanity in the future too. And my trust on this place will remain lifelong.

My father undergone stent placement (angioplasty) due to heart attack.... I could observe I had to wait from 2pm to 8pm for ultrasound... Nurses told me to ask the rate for dialysis in reception and receptionist don't know it.... Head doctor or main doctor for cardiac use to be just for few hours in hospital (opd10am-12am) and junior doctors could not perform all the task..... According to me it's better to go other options with more availability of doctors and equipments for critical patients like major heart attacks

I paid for opd from home since they said It's possible. I waited for a whole day But I did not get the confirmation for online consultation. They did not get back to me nor was my money reimbursed. During this pandemic when going out is difficult I just wanted to enquire about one thing but that is also not possible. It would be good if in future patients would not have to face such problems.. But thanks to the positive response from the administration that the problem was resolved and the consultation was made possible. Thank you IHI for the hospitality shown during these difficult days

I was told to come the next day to show reports. I came the next day but the doctor was not available. It seems a single doctor is running the whole hospital. In the reception counter I observed that doctor jelen is not available always.
