Our family member who suffered a brain stroke. The situation was very critical, but thanks to the timely intervention and skilled operation by the neurology team, along with dedicated care from the ICU staff and doctors, recovery was smooth and steady. Today, we are taking discharge with a healthy and stable patient -- something that wouldn't have been possible without the relentless efforts of the Radiant Hospital team. Special thanks to the neurology and ICU departments.

Patient Reviews
This is an extremely terrible hospital. The doctors are rude and they overcharge heavily. Even for small, minor issues, they will take a lot of money and still won't solve your problem. Most of the time, the doctors seem to be in vacation mode with no sense of urgency or care. If your life or your loved one's life matters to you, please don't ever visit this place. It's a complete waste of time, money, and trust.
Our experience at Radiant Hospital was extremely disappointing and frustrating. My brother was admitted there for 6 days and we ended up spending 60,000 to 70,000 -- and yet, he is still not well. The most shocking part is that despite this huge amount spent, there was no real improvement in his condition. We eventually had to discharge him ourselves -- not because he had recovered, but because the bills kept increasing every day while his health remained the same. It felt like they were more interested in milking money than actually treating the patient. The doctors lacked basic empathy and professionalism. Instead of giving us confidence or clarity, they constantly talked in a negative and fearful tone, making us feel more stressed and helpless. Their attitude was cold, careless at times. They kept adding unnecessary charges and never gave proper justification for most of the treatments or tests. The whole experience felt like a well-organized scam rather than medical care. We trusted them with our family member's health, but came out feeling cheated, helpless, and deeply disappointed. I would strongly advise others to think twice before going to Radiant Hospital, especially if you expect genuine care and transparency. What's even more disturbing is how manipulative their online reputation is. Most of the 4-5 star reviews are clearly fake, either written by their own staff or from fake accounts. Don't be fooled by those positive ratings -- the real experience inside is very different. If you care about your loved ones and your hard-earned money, stay away from this place. They don't treat patients -- they treat families like ATMs. We feel cheated, emotionally drained, and disgusted by how this so-called "hospital" operates. Absolutely not recommended.
My sister was admitted in Radiant Hospital with dengue fever and very low platelet count -- only 6000. Everyone had told us to take her to Mumbai from Vasai-Virar, but Radiant Hospital gave excellent treatment. All doctors and staff took great care. She recovered fully and got discharged in a very normal condition. Thank you Radiant Hospital team for saving her life!
This is one of the worst hospitals I've ever seen. If I could give a negative rating, I would. The management, staff, and even the doctors seem completely unprofessional and possibly corrupt. They charged us 19,000 just for glucose. When we asked for an explanation, they kept sending us from one person to another without any clear answers. The doctors didn't seem confident and looked like they were using online tools to suggest treatments. It made us question if they were even properly qualified. It feels like this hospital is more focused on making money than actually helping people. I hope the health department takes strict action against them.
The worst hospital Worst management With no facilities Regretting to admit my son here. We were just given hopes they couldn't place an appointment for gastroenterologist. In 5 days we paid a huge bill with zero improvement in patient and then we had to shift the patient to Lilavati hospital. Dr who admitted him were so sweet at the first and then very rude while we were asking for the reports. We did not expect this kind of behaviour at radiant hospital. I ll never ref this hospital to anyone
I was admitted to Radiant Hospital for a dengu and my platelet is 10000 I didn't know what to expect but was very impressed by the team and staff and specially dilip sir that was they were extremely patient, had great bedside manners, talented and just very compassionate individuals. There was one cleaner in particular who would always come and check on me and bless me and hope for my speedy recovery and it was very touching. The staff rooted for me during my recovery and whenever I would walk in the hallway, they would always cheer me on! The doctor that handled my case was also very talented and professional and the facility and rooms (including the bathroom) were clean. I am deeply grateful to everyone! 10
My father was admitted in Radiant Hospital, and my experience was very good. The hospital cleaning was excellent, and the nursing staff was very supportive. The reception desk and TPA department provided great support, and the hospital management was also very supportive
