Important Note: All 5-Star Reviews Are Paid - Please Read My Real Experience I am writing this to share the deeply disappointing experience I had when admitting my father under a cashless facility. My father was unable to walk, but otherwise stable in terms of overall health at the time of admission. Day 1 - Deterioration After First Aid On the first day in the OPD, after receiving first aid and some injections, my father's health worsened noticeably. The injections administered were, in my opinion, not relevant to his condition, and no clear explanation was given. Day 2 - Repetition Without Reason Even though we had already done all the required blood tests and diagnostics before admission, the hospital insisted on repeating the same tests. The results were identical to our previous reports. Despite this, doctors continued administering the same antibiotics and general medicines, none of which showed any improvement in his condition. Staff Behavior - Extremely Unprofessional The nurses and ward staff, including male nurses, were arrogant and dismissive, especially towards elderly patients. They showed no empathy or willingness to listen to patient families. ICU - A Misleading Term We expected a higher standard of care in the ICU, but it was worse than a general ward in a small local hospital. When we tried asking questions, the attending ICU doctors kept referring us to "senior doctors," who were often unavailable. Even basic questions like "What medicine is being given?" were met with vague or no answers. Day 3 - Unnecessary Testing Continues A specialist was finally brought in, who conducted further tests - all of which came back negative, confirming that there was no new or specific condition detected. Still, no change in treatment was made. Day 4 - No Diagnosis, No Answers By the fourth day, when we asked what exactly was causing the decline in my father's health, no one had a clear answer. The doctors appeared confused and unprepared, with no clear direction for treatment. Their understanding of the case--and even of general medicine--seemed lacking. Discharge Request - Sudden Change in Behavior When we requested discharge, the doctors' attitude changed completely. It was clear that the focus shifted to billing and extracting money. There was no concern left for the patient's health. Final Thoughts This was one of the most unprofessional and distressing medical experiences I have encountered. I strongly caution others before considering this hospital. The care is subpar, communication is poor, and the system seems more focused on profits than patient recovery. Hospital premises are very nice. Well educated doctor's in this hospital and treatment are very good. All staff is supportive.
Very low grade services All Hospital staff allowed to wear shoes or chappal even they come from outside. But visitor are not allowed to wear shoes in their premises. Is this some kind of joke with customer?
