Dr. Sukhakarta Hospital

I recently visited Dr. Preeti Jaiswal for a consultation for my wife after booking a prior appointment. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We arrived at the hospital around 11 AM, but despite waiting until 3:30 PM, we were not able to meet the doctor. The hospital staff was uncooperative and did not provide any clear information regarding the delay. When we requested a refund of our consultation fee, they were reluctant and unhelpful. It took several attempts and a lot of bargaining just to get a refund. The overall experience was frustrating, and I would not recommend this clinic due to the poor management and lack of professionalism from the staff

Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that I believe reflect broader management challenges mostly compounder and nurse staff is very bad behaviour which has Suresh compounder is very bad manner talking to Petient , i think we don't go like this hospital wasting of money where very bad staffs , if any emergency,we need to contact the doctor , nurse and compounder staffs they don't allow to talk the doctor and they replied very harshly to Petient Very very bad hospital staff

Please add phone number on Google search and let people book appointment online. Currently patients has to visit clinic and book appointment by self. We have to make our umarkhed digital. Please contact me if you need website and app for online appointment booking so I can start work on that.
