Worst service by prime diagnostic. I have given blood sample of my 2yr son on 7th aug and still report has been not received either in pdf or hard copy . Am chasing this 3rd class prime diagnostic since morning and I have not received any response or apologies.. Think twice or thrice to visit this diagnostic. They don't have courtesy to atleast reply...

Pathetic service, I booked for home X ray they asked for rupees 6800 I said okay, they said person will come in 30 minutes, but no one came, after multiple calls, they said person left 20 minutes back, when I asked for person number they gave me number after 15 minutes, when I called that person he said he hasn't left yet bcz he doesn't has vehicle. Pathetic.

Best scanning & medical test centre ever. We have got a good service Staff is also very helpful. & doctor sir is very humble & soft spoken also best in his job. Also good communicator with petient. Thank u

One of the worst experience ever where no one cares or understand patient conditions starting with the RECEPTION TEAM to doctors. And they can cancel your appointments any time without second thought and give excuses like we are not there during appointments and speak to person who had given you appointments. First they made patient to climb 2 floors and told your appointment is in correct. And make relatives run between 2 floors as there is no communication between both receptionist as they keep blaming each other. Even after giving proper appointment proof they just deny it and don't give us any attention and will try to describe our personal conditions in front of other sitting person patients just to humiliate us especially second floor receptionist. No Doctor neither there team is ready to hear us and understand us and wasted our whole day. Please BEWARE before going.

Service was appropriate. Appointment scheduled was a bit delayed. More vocal about the description of the fetal growth.
