From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, kind, and attentive. The nurses were not only skilled and efficient but also compassionate and patient, always ready to answer questions and offer reassurance. Our overall all experience was good with the operation and doctors team. The cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms could have been much better. The cafeteria should also have better and more options. There should more helping staff. The patient should be given warm food and on time. However, upon raising the faced issues, you have taken prompt action and implementation. Brothers and sisters are very helpful.
