Additional perks like free valet parking and a well-maintained food court with a kid-friendly menu make the overall experience even more convenient and enjoyable for families. We recently visited MRR Hospital for a consultation with Dr. Apoorva Kulkarni for my son, and I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience. Dr. Apoorva Kulkarni was highly professional, patient, and thorough in his examination. He took the time to understand the concerns and explained the diagnosis and treatment plan clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence. His compassionate approach and expertise were truly commendable. I must say MRR children's hospital is not working for mere profit. They have huge vision for a healthier world. Their management and staff always support social causes like cycling. It will not earn any profits but g great goodwill like mine. Best wishes team MRR hospital

Even if there are no medical issues.. just go there with your kids.. they will come out as more happy and healthy ones.. Such a lovely environment and kids friendly setup. Each and everything has forced me to write down the review. Activity area, staff, receptionist, porters, doctors, seating and waiting area, equipment and all facilities under one roof. You will get everything you want for your child here. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. Everything is very systematic and the staff is well trained. Hygiene and cleanliness is top notch.

So i have been taking my child to this hospital since 8 months, its been a long journey with the hospital, here's my detail review for the hospital. Front desk support - Staff is well mannered and co operative. OPD nurses - OPD nurses are very kind and helpful. PICU - The best service offered in this hospital is by PICU team, Kudos to them, right from taking care of child's smallest thing to their comfort, they take care of all the things. You can blindly trust them, the nurses, the RMOs, the doctors all excel in their fields. GRE - GREs are good, they raise ur concerns to the higher management on behalf of you. Special thanks to Deepika mam for coordinating so well. General ward - I am a bit now satisfied with the services given by this team. If you are admitting you child, please observe very carefully what consumables are getting used. Sometimes wrong billing is done. Surgical consumables - please make sure to review ur bills thoroughly, sometimes consumables are billed even if they are not used, this has happened many times with me, so please review ur bills. Discharge process - Is easy during daytime, but please never ever take discharge after 9 pm, they will make you wait for longer time. My discharge was planned for 10.17 pm and now its 1 Am and m still waiting for the bill to get it clear. The billing process is crap, don't know what kind of software they use and what protocols are there, its rigid & pathetic. Would recommend this hospital for their services but it could be heavy on your pocket when it comes to admission.

The doctor was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly The hospital was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel more at ease.

I recently admitted my son to this hospital for a 3-day stay. Unfortunately, they do not offer a cashless facility, so I had to pay out of pocket. During his stay, the billing team was very proactive--calling regularly to check on his progress (while subtly reminding me about charges) and providing one-page estimates of projected expenses. At discharge, they promptly helped me prepare all the paperwork for my insurance claim, and I appreciated their efficiency. However, after I settled the bill, those calls stopped--and so did their transparency. When my insurance provider paid out with a 30% deduction, I discovered charges that were never explained to me during my son's stay. I reached out by email for clarification, but my message was never acknowledged. Their earlier attentiveness vanished. While the medical care itself was superb but I urge anyone considering this hospital to be extremely vigilant about billing details and insurance charges

Very co operative staff. Consultation with dr. Harshal agarwal was very positive. He is a very good neurosurgeon. Dr. Uday andar and dr. Harshal performed endoscopic lavage surgery on my nephew because of hydrocephalus and by the grace and will of Allah it was successful. Only one problem I faced was the lack of indicators and signs on passages to understand where to go. No or very small signs which leads to confusion. Anyway not a big problem. Hospital infrastructure is awesome. Very well maintained and clean. I would definitely recommend this hospital for all child problems.
