The conduct of the staff was appropriate, they were helpful, reachable. The support staff was also good. There's also an in-house Medical shop to purchase prescribed medicines. Dr. Arathi prescribed apt medication based on my medical status, the impact of which I started experiencing from the same day. She also explained which medicines are to be taken and what could be the after effects of doses, so that the patient is well aware and informed. She was very polite throughout the conversation and advised on meals as well.
