My wife was admitted here for operation & you won't believe it, this is one of the finest hospital service I have ever experienced. Right from the admission till the discharge you don't have to wander here & there, everything guided perfectly. You can see the photograph & level of cleanliness, its awesome. Yes there were hiccups at night shifts but that was sorted by their welfare management in early morning. My wife treated by Dr. "Veena" madam, she did the operation within 45 minutes without getting any complications, thanks to Madam & her supporting staff. Not forgetting the kindness of nurse "Anviksha" her help really genuine. In between the break dietician doctor came & ask for about well being. Overall I feel very happy about treatment by entire Horizon prime staff, I definitely recommend this hospital for any circumstances.

Our overall experience at Horizon Prime Hospital was good -- the staff was attentive and facilities were well-maintained. But I wanted to share one part of the experience that caught us off guard, just so others are aware. For maternity care, the hospital created a separate bill for our newborn, which we didn't expect. Our insurance didn't cover this part, and while the hospital had initially assured us that the insurance provider would reimburse the baby's expenses later, that didn't happen. The insurer clearly stated that baby-related costs needed to be paid by us directly. On top of that, we were charged 6,000 per day just for the baby cradle, which honestly felt a bit excessive. This isn't to criticise the hospital overall, but more to highlight that better clarity on billing and insurance processes -- especially during an emotional time like childbirth -- would really help new parents avoid confusion and unexpected expenses

Worst hospital experience ever. This place is nothing but a money-making trap. The emergency bell is absolutely useless no one responds even in critical situations. The RMO bizarrely used ChatGPT in front of us to explain medical issues, which was extremely unprofessional and unsettling. Instead of providing timely care, they keep extending the patient's stay just to increase room charges. In a recent situation, fluid wasn't draining properly since morning rather than addressing the problem, the doctor simply removed the drain without solving anything. Avoid this hospital if you care about proper treatment and your loved ones' health. Completely disappointing and unethical.

Horizon Prime is a good hospital to get a comprehensive health check done. The facilities are good and the tests happen fairly quickly without much waiting. A round of appreciation for Chandan who helped us navigate the hospital for the various tests. Well recommended.
