Excellent Doctor and great Consultation with a human touch. He patiently listen to all your problems and provides excellent Consultation. He always cares for his patients and reverts back to every call or message (knowing how busy he would be). Recently My Dad was Diagnosed with Covid and we panicked on what next to do. However he calmly advised us not to worry. He calmly explained that the symptoms aren't worrisome/severe and assured that just with medication and home quarantine it would be alright. And truly within 2 weeks my Dad was back to normal health. He Only advised necessary test required unlike others. Thanks Dr Santosh for all your assistance and advise everytime I had reached out.

Dr Dwivedi is an excellent Dr. He treats the patients in his own way, gives ears to their problem, understands and makes them comfortable.My mother in law was treated under him during her Covid period he not only calmed her but also made us comfortable and relaxed with his positive thinking and treatment. The counts were not good in one of her report but he said I don't have to treat the reports I want to treat my patient and if my patient is feeling fine and confident to go home I will give a discharge .He is just a WhatsApp msg away, replies quickly . Two weeks ago all adults in our family were infected. My mother-in-law's oxygen level started dipping in the second week. With all of us under home quarantine, we really didnt know what to do! My brother had met with an accident on 28th Feb 2021 night and was admitted to a local hospital where his treatment was being done at a snails pace for almost a weeks time. Reached out Dr. Santosh for treatment of my father for post covid complications. His knowledge helped to diagnose the fungal infection much before the test results came out. With his medications he was able to revive my father to normalcy and has become our go to doctor for any problems.
