I would especially like to thank Dr. Jategaonkar for their expertise and reassuring presence. The nursing staff were exceptional--attentive, kind, and always ready to assist. Their compassionate care played a major role in my recovery process. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities and the efficiency of the support staff. I am here from Last 2 Days (1 Day in ICU and now 2nd Day) in Room. I really appreciate the management of Hospital from top to bottom including cleaning staff. All are verg good, responsive and committed to there work. Speaks very politity which give positive vibe and happiness to Patients also. Hospital and room are very clean with time to time cleaning maybe as schedule. Although food quality can be improved.

I was shocked by the double-talk of the hospital. During cashless treatment, the follow-up fee of the gynecologist was taken. Before calling the gynecologist, the hospital doctor said that the doctor's charge will be waived in cashless treatment by showing that I have stomach pain. But later the doctor said that I had to pay Rs. 1000 for the follow-up. Later, I was also asked to take the medicines that were given to the patient when he was discharged. When I asked for that, it was later given through the hospital. Even during cashless treatment, I was asked to pay Rs. 1862. My corporate policy is 15 years old. And this is the first time I have had to face all these things. So I was troubled by the double-talk of the hospital.

The overall services that are provided by the hospital are very good, all staff is very cooperative and cleanliness is upto the mark and Dr are very experienced and guidance provided is also very nice

One of the finest doctors have helped my mother cure soon in Harneshwar Multi-speciality hospital. She was hospitalized on 4th June and her condition was pathetic. Dr. Jategoanker consulted her and said that she must be hospitalized as soon as possible. Considering her situation and poor response from her almost all had lost hope but my mother was fighter and the Doctor's had gone beyond the limit to get her back to normal. I really appreciate sleepless night of Dr. Jategoanker, Dr. Amit, Dr. Shubham, Dr. Atul, Dr. Kute and all staff who gave their 100%. All those quick decision were panicking however, ultimate result was fruitful. I am really satisfied with the service and I request higher management to retain all the staff as they contribute to save people's lives.

The treatment and facilities at the hospital were very good. My health improved a lot.
