Dr. Dhakne Hospital

Last night around 10 PM, I was searching for a gynecologist because I was having stomach pain and showing pregnancy-related symptoms. I didn't want to take any risks, so I went to a hospital and asked for a gynecologist. They directed me to one. When I saw the doctor, she looked very young--maybe around 24 to 26 years old. That was fine with me, but when I explained my symptoms and even told her that my pregnancy test kit was positive, she seemed very confused. She insisted that my kit was faulty and asked me to buy a new one from them. I agreed and bought it. However, during the check, she was constantly on a personal call, chatting casually even though I, a patient, was sitting right in front of her. When I went to use the washroom to test, it was not clean, there were no slippers, and they didn't even provide a proper container. The kit felt like a waste. I was really frustrated because she didn't seem to have any idea what she was doing. It wasn't an emergency case, but still, she could have messed things up. Even though she knew a patient was waiting, she continued her personal conversation. I'm giving 1 star only for her. I don't know about the hospital and other staff, but this doctor was extremely unprofessional, confused, and careless. Please avoid getting a check-up from her..

Dhakne Hospital is really good hospital, Dr. Madhuri Mam is very great & supportive Dr. Staff is good, I have got very good experience & support at the time of my child was admitted, they handled very carefully, Cashless mediclaim process is also smooth

I did my uncle's kidney Stone Operation to Hospital. Dr. Dhakane Sir and the staff cooperated with a lot. Palve Sir (Eurologist) performed the operation. They gave uncle and us a lot of patience. They are a specilist in the uroologist. All our expenses were under the Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Scheme but under this scheme, the meal was free under this scheme to the Patient. Staff said that the hospital did not have a canteen because it did not get it. We used to take the meal from home, but some patiants need it so I think the hospital needs a canteen.
