Dr. PATIL HOSPITAL

I had a really bad experience during my recent visit. The doctor is excellent and very professional, but the staff needs to improve their communication skills. All patients come here during a medical emergency, so polite, clear, and supportive communication is very important. I hope this will be improved for a better experience for everyone.

Dr is good but staff is very rude and careless. Staff member not giving proper information related appointment.

My father in law had sudden chest pain and his BP was high. So on an emergency basis contacted Patil Hospital and Nurse informed that she cannot give any consultation booking with the Dr for 2 days as the slots were full. So I requested and she told me to come by 11am. We went and the Nurse booked my FIL's name right at the bottom of the list. WE were waiting for over an hr when I decided to go and speak with the nurse. She said that it not be possible now to send my FIL as all the patients who had booked an appointment have arrived and if call the Dr and request and if he agrees then she will allow. So called the Dr on his cabin number. I explained the health situation of my FIL and Dr Patil directly told me to take my FIL to Parkar hospital which unfortunately didn't have Chest Specialist in place. So we had to leave. So my question is to Dr. Patil...Don't you have any consideration for patients in emergency?

Good Doctor but their staff is helpless... behavior is not good with patients.
