1 Star Extremely Disappointed with the Nursing Staff and Patient Care I had a very upsetting experience at this hospital where my mother was admitted for typhoid fever and diabetes. The nursing staff is shockingly untrained and lacks even basic knowledge. They couldn't even perform a simple IV cannulation properly -- my mother's hand got badly swollen, and even after multiple complaints, no one changed the cannula. One nurse tried 4-5 times to insert a new one but failed miserably, and then they decided to continue using the swollen hand! Despite being a fever patient, her temperature was checked only once at the time of admission. After that, no one bothered. She is diabetic as well, but the nurse who came to check her sugar levels did not even know how to use a glucometer properly. Shockingly, she used an insulin syringe to prick the finger instead of a lancet -- which is completely unsafe and unacceptable. Doctor had advised an ECG, and even after 25 hours of admission, it was not done. The on-duty doctor casually told us to "adjust" because it's Sunday and they don't have staff. This is a hospital, not a weekend getaway -- patients cannot suffer because of poor staffing and lack of professionalism. The basic hygiene, patient monitoring, and staff behavior is pathetic. Absolutely no accountability or urgency in treating patients. I hope the hospital management looks into this before more patients suffer due to such irresponsibility and poor care. Not recommended at all.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the services we received at Dr. Maid Hospital during my wife's recent delivery. At the time of consultation, we were assured of proper facilities, including a separate room and quality care. Unfortunately, after the delivery, none of these commitments were fulfilled. My wife was shifted to a general ward despite assurances of a private room, and the overall facilities and care provided were of extremely poor quality -- nowhere near the standards one would expect for the charges levied. To our shock, we were billed Rs. 86,000 for a caesarean section and services which were substandard and not as promised. The general cleanliness, patient care, and support facilities were disappointing, and the experience has left us very dissatisfied. We sincerely hope that the hospital management takes this feedback seriously and improves the facilities and transparency for future patients. Regards, Dnyaneshwar Rathod

As my father was on the 4th stage cataract. I was worried about it then I got to know one of mine friend ( Mandar Kulkarni) is working in Maid Hospital and with his reference I got to know abt Shubham pawar sir they guided us very well and help in the process. As the result the operation was successfully done and result was very good now my father can see everything that he was not able to see before. Very satisfactory result. And sure would recommend to other as well.

The staff at Dr.Maid Hospital were incredibly kind and attentive. They explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable throughout the stay. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the overall experience was positive. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

All the bills should be provided by email or whatsapp mode by the hospital to patient. All the staff and facilities were at point. Cleaning was appropriate and done on time .Plans should be made to start offering Chinese Punjabi thali in the restaurant along with simple dishes affordable to the poor pepal like jhunka bhakar at reasonable prices.

3rd class hospital i was not satisfied with the services at this hospital it was a terrible experience i had a very bad experience at this hospital. . unhelpful staff . poor service quality . lack of proper attention to patients . staff didn't know what treatment was being given and asked patients about their saline status . had to repeatedly remind staff to administer saline . i m concerned about the lack of transparency in sharing the patients treatment details and file . staff were unaware of treatment details and medication schedules . doctors didn't communicate effectively with patients' relatives. . i requested the staff to change the bed sheets, but they told me they didn't have any available This is unacceptable as clean bed sheets are a basic necessity for patient care. i will not be coming back to this hospital, and i will not recommend it to anyone due to the poor service.

Drs are good in experience and knowledge but management is very poor. worst management staff ever, many things in management are needed to improve, (if this feedback reach to Dr. Maid then this is for him-There is saying if you can't fix something then it is worth replacing it) Hospital is solely running on the Image of Dr Santosh Maid's past work. once he decide to retire and this management continue then its a matter of years and name of this Hospital will be gone. Hospital or staff don't value patients appointment time and will waste your whole day in hospital even for consultation or small treatment. Taking appointment here is useless as you have to wait for whole day anyways.(this is experience for three time) If you ask them for delay, you will be answered with Doctor is on the way Doctor might be in OT Doctor is on routine checkup in IPD Doctor is doing Ultrasound and many more

The hospital is well managed with quality staff. All the tests and checkups were well coordinated. I am very happy with the hospitality, caring staff. Doctors are also amazing.Its Best Regarding cleanliness. Happy with all the facilities provided.... Reviewer - Ajay Cholke
