Feedback on Hospital Service Experce. I recently visited silver birch and was unfortunately disappointed with the service. Did not care to patient not monitering timely,nurse not available in time. When we tell some problem then he come ,our patient 1st admit condition and 3 day same condition then we decided decharge asap. Only money.if care your patient dont go there.

The reception staff was good & so cooperative. The way of talking from reception staff sameer sharma was too good. I like behavior of staff in hospital every mama maushi was friendly Only please take care of cleanliness

Silver Birch Hospital is one of the worst healthcare facilities I have ever experienced. From the start, it was clear that patient care is not a priority here. The hospital is unhygienic, the staff is rude and careless, and the doctors seem more interested in rushing through patients than actually diagnosing them properly. My grandfather was admitted for a serious health issue, but instead of treating his actual condition, they kept prescribing medicines and tests for something completely unrelated. It was clear they were guessing rather than diagnosing. His condition worsened under their care, yet they continued to mislead us while piling up unnecessary tests and treatments just to inflate the bill. The billing process is a complete scam--they overcharge for everything, add hidden fees, and refuse to explain charges properly. It's shocking how they exploit patients and their families at their most vulnerable moments. If you value proper medical care, respect, and transparency, do not go to Silver Birch Hospital. Their negligence and greed put lives at risk, and I wouldn't trust them with anyone's health. Absolutely disgraceful!!

One of the biggest mistakes of my life was going to this place. First they told the insurance company that I have dehydration, instead of my actual problem that was extreme right abdominal pain. Nurses are clueless literally. They gave me buscopan which cause sudden rise in my heart beat (120), blurred vision and sandpaper dry mouth. When I told them about it they said, "but this is a common medicine we give to everyone, you're just overthinking it. It's no side effects". I repeatedly told them that it's not overthinking I'm actually physically feeling, they were like okay we'll change the medicine but it doesn't cause any problems. That medicine also caused my BP to drop to 90/50. The doctors on round are also clueless. My CRP was above 27, haemoglobin 10.7, increased WBC count, and WBC in urine. They just said it's all fine. They can't diagnose so they just make shit up. Very unhygienic as well, the blanket looked so disgusting I didn't even touch it with my feet. I am still in so much pain but I left that place as soon as I got my reports. I'd give zero stars, but that one star is for the non medical staff.

The hospitals is very good the services are so good all staff is so cooperative and dr swapnil sir give very nice consultation regarding checkups and further health routine.very good experience

From Samir and dr. Akansha supported a lot bu from billing specially mr. Vishal is a unsupported person. Need to improve. Overall Hospital is fine.

I recently had surgery at silver birch multi-speciality hospital dhayri and was incredibly impressed with the level of care I received. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, from the nurses to the doctors, who explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The facilities were clean and modern, and the recovery process was smooth and well-managed. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone needing medical treatment.

Deserves 0 or minus starts. Worst hospital. There is no proper diagnosis or proper treatment. On duty doctors do not have any knowledge or experience. Visiting doctors visit with 4 days gap. They will simply put patient in ICU for days after days without any kind of treatment with respect to disease. These people will literally test your patience and make you cry. DO NOT visit this place ever.
