1 Star Very disappointed with the service at Sahyadri Hospital. The staff is extremely slow and unresponsive. A cannula (branula) was inserted in the morning, but a lot of blood spilled during the process -- clearly showing a lack of experience from the nurses. Since morning, no one has checked it, even though I've been in pain the entire time. We asked for help with changing clothes, but it's been over 2 hours and no one has come. We're in a private room, yet the service is worse than expected. The lift is always full, and there's a long wait just to use it. Plus, there's no proper parking, which is shocking for such a big hospital located on the main road. They really need to manage things better. Totally unacceptable experience.

Bed No 816, I recently went to this hospital and had a really good experience. The place was very clean everywhere -- in the waiting area, the rooms, and even the bathrooms. It made me feel safe and comfortable. The staff were also very kind and helpful. From the front desk to the doctors and nurses, everyone treated me with care and respect. They explained things clearly and made sure I was okay throughout my visit. Everything was done quickly and smoothly, and I didn't have to wait too long. Overall, I was very happy with the service and how clean everything was. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

Excellent Care and Successful Lipoma Surgery - Bed No. 923 I was recently admitted to the hospital for lipoma surgery and was assigned bed number 923. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of care I received during my stay. From the moment I was admitted, the entire staff - doctors, nurses, and support team - were professional, kind, and attentive. The surgical team was highly skilled and made me feel completely at ease. My surgery was smooth, and the recovery process was well-monitored. The nursing staff was always available, responsive, and compassionate, making sure I was comfortable and informed at every stage. The hospital was clean, well-maintained, and followed strict hygiene protocols. I truly appreciate the personalized care and attention I received throughout my stay. My bed was 801. I am very thankful to Dr. Sachin Tapasvi and his Team. The service here is really good. All ward boys, and nurses were very helpful and caring. They take care of your requests at any given time. Special Thanks to the staff on 8th floor.

No value of others time to managing staff/ doctors. I visited for the first time to this hospital considering the name and reputation of the hospital; to do my annual health check up. I had to wait for 3hrs just to get my file with list of test I need to undergo and to give my first fasting samples. Managing staff members were not even answering/ guiding properly. For staff it may be a daily hectic work. But for the patients or visitors it's not the same. If we pay so much of our hard earned money, we expect the timely and prompt response from hospital staff. If you can't handle so many health check up requests, don't accept them. Disable the available slots right away. People will either go with another day/ slot or hospital itself!!

I had a great experience at Sahyadri Hospital deccan. My father allocated with room no 825. The staff was professional, caring, and attentive throughout my Dad's admission. From the reception to the medical team, everyone ensured that I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The doctors were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, while the nurses were compassionate and responsive. The facility was clean and well-maintained, making my stay even more pleasant. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and hospitality. Highly recommend!

Excellent Medical Care and Supportive Staff I highly recommend this hospital for all medical treatments. The doctors here are highly talented and experienced. Hospital staff is extremely supportive. Currently, my mother is undergoing radiation treatment under Dr. Jagdish Shejul Sir, who is very knowledgeable and supportive in this field. We are truly grateful for his expertise and care. A special thanks to Sachin Sir and Shweta Madam for their continuous support throughout the daily treatment process.
