I went here for high cholesterol treatment , doctor has suggested me basti along with medicine. But she has asked me to get the basti package(i can not get single) . So i had no option than paying 3000 for two. Post panchakarma i did not feel it hygienic at all. So i dont wanted to go for remaining one. But doctor has said there is no option of refund and i will have to go for panchakarma only even though i do not like it. Also not just that i needed to pay 1500 additional for medicine . There is no refund if you pay in advance which i felt should not be good practice for medical profession. thats why i feel this place is not for poor people.
