Dr. Jagtap Hospital

Very disappointing experience. The staff at Hospital are extremely unprofessional. They do not know how to communicate with patients, even in emergency situations. Most of the time, they are either on their phones or chatting among themselves. They have no idea about the doctor's availability or schedule and keep giving excuses to cover up the situation. When you raise a complaint, they show no remorse or willingness to improve -- in fact, they simply say, "Go and complain if you want." I strongly believe that as a receptionist, one should at least have basic knowledge about handling medical emergencies. The hospital should consider hiring staff who are trained, responsible, and capable of managing critical situations professionally.

We've been consulting Dr. Rajiv Jagtap sir for more than 35 years, and he has always been an excellent and highly skilled doctor. He has been our family's go-to doctor for all medical concerns, and we've always trusted his advice and treatment. His calm, humble nature and the way he clearly explains the problem, its root cause, and the treatment plan really stand out. Jagtap Hospital is well-equipped with modern technology and provides reliable and effective care. Whether it's surgery or any other health issue, we've always had positive experiences and good results. We're truly grateful for the care we've received and highly recommend Dr. Jagtap sir and his hospital.

They charge uncessary admin charges in the bill which are not approved by insurance companies and deceive customers. I had to pay 20% of the bill amount for there admin and other charges although we have a insurance policy. Billing counter madam very rude. Also disappointed with overall administration, staff is always late never on time you and will always have to wait extra time for the staff

We've done ECG and 2d eco test from them yesterday and today at 3 pm they don't have the report printed and when we asked why, they said printer is not working. They also are not ready send the report to us online. We also have my dad who is a heart patient with us who is also waiting for the report which they are typing right now. That's very unprofessional and unacceptable.

I got admitted for 6 days... The treatment provided by Japtap hospital doctors is superb as well as fair in many ways. All services are cost-effective as much as I experienced during my short period of admission here. I'm very grateful to the staff doctor, nurses and care takers. The hospital Environment and rooms are near and clean and they have punctuality in their service. I appreciate their service and mankind towards patients. Non co operative staff. Nurse & other staff completely ignore the patient. Patient is physically tortured by them. Nobody is good in their work. Patient wait long time & they completely ignored him. So, never go in this hospital.

Fraud hospital - I had a minor accident and fell from a bike. Just had a small pain near my right elbow. When i showed it in the hospital, I was told to have an Xray of the same. To my surprise when I was about to pay the bill, the cost of Xray was 900 Rs. I was given medicines worth Rs 2000. This is sheer misleading. I never took the medicines from the suggested medical and took it from the other one. People can get top notch X-rays from Rs400 to Rs600. Just for cost conparison. Yes you never convincingly tell people to go for X-ray or not, by playing in grey area. Good luck calling all these facts as my frustration. Could have used more harsh words, but thought to spare you.

What we have the first reaction when we have illness or some operation ? The reaction is that what will I do now and how is my disease cured. The doctor is called the God's face and yes it's true. I experienced the same when I was admitted for the treatment of ACL LIGAMENT and meniscus surgery. Although my injury was not much serious but everyone has its own fear. I had my surgery done at Jagtap Hospital and treated by Dr. Punarvashu Jagtap sir and their team. From the very first day to discharge date my experience related to everything in terms of care was awesome. I am very grateful to The staff doctors, nurses and care takers. Last but not the least the main task was for normal life and this happened with the kind help by hospital's physiotherapist Dr. Omkar sir and Dr. Mahesh sir. With the help in regular exceerise and kind support today I am able to stand on my feet without any support. I am once again very much thankful to Dr. Punarvashu Jagtap sir to treat me and giving me normal life. My best wishes to you and for Jagtap Hospital.
